This property is on the entire first floor of a 2 family property and has the added bonus of a large 20 x16 ft deck and a lawned garden ideal for your four legged friend if you choose to bring one.
Condo has a large open plan living/dining and kitchen and two adequate sized bedrooms, the larger with a lovely large and spacious fitted closet, the smaller of the two with a double bed, small closet - split air con hvac units in both bedrooms.

Great location, comfortable visit

Spent a week at this rental over the summer and we had a great time. The place is well equipped and very comfortable. Also centrally located to everything on Commercial St. We’ll definitely rent again!

Great rental

Beautiful house on a beautiful quiet street only one block from Commercial Street. Immaculately clean. Very, very dog friendly. Comfortable beds. Very comfortable couch. Great state of the art, well-equipped kitchen. Very responsive host.

Wonderful spot

If you are looking to stay in-town with a dog this is an ideal spot. A fully enclosed grassy yard large enough for our pitty-mix to run and play. There is a real difference between hosts who tolerate pets and those who welcome them as part of the family. Rhian and Maria are the latter. Lots of small touches and design that made for a happy dog and thus happy humans. The interior is super comfortable, spotless and in a wonderful location. Extremely convenient to the fun and hubbub of Commercial St but on a quiet street with little traffic. We felt totally comfortable letting our 14-year-old walk to Comm St for strolling and it was easy to bring the dog home for breaks to cool off and rest. The grocery store and dog park are an easy walk. Rhian and Maria could not have been more welcoming and gracious hosts. Very communicative throughout the process. And available when we were there but not hovering in any way. This was our first time staying in-town after nearly 30 years on the backshore and they made it a wonderful one.

Wonderful dog friendly property in ideal location!

We had a fabulous time in this very comfortable condo. The location is ideal, having a back yard is lovely, and we were very happy!

Wonderful space in prime location

My partner and I stayed here for a week with our dog; we worked remotely for a couple days during our stay. The space was set up perfectly with excellent WiFi for us to take video calls and work, we used the large dining table to spread out. Full kitchen and nice spacious living room to relax The deck and yard was great as well, nice and sunny. We frequent Ptown often and highly recommend this place for location - walking distance to town/ shops/restaurants/bars/shows. Would consider this for future stays for sure!

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I spent a glorious week here with our pup and could not have been happier. The place is beautiful and was spotless when we checked in. And the private yard was perfect for the pup. The neighborhood is quiet but we were just steps away from the action. Maria and Rhian made the check-in process seemless and were extremely attentive and responsive during our stay. There are no negatives! We highly recommended a stay!

Comfortable, spacious, centrally located

We brought our dog for a long weekend and had a great stay at this property. The rental was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. It had a really nice open patio which was great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It’s centrally located so it was easy to walk or bike to everything. Maria was very accommodating, friendly, and accessible. We will definitely rent here again!

Great location, great backyard = great stay

Husband, our dog and I had a great time in this wonderful apartment. The best part of this apartment is the large, private and fenced in backyard (for our dog). Will certainly come back again. Suggestions: (1) have a coffee market, (2) more cooking utensils and more flatware. Also, provide a instruction booklet for renters on the apartment
