One could not ask for a better more ideal location: short walk to the beach with 6 great restaurants all VERY close. Even the trolley stops were just a few steps away. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area to read, talk and relax. The cottage/bungalow/house was comfortably furnished with all new appliances and cookware. Having stayed in other VRBOs in other areas, we had expected a better supply of condiments and toiletries as well as a propane outdoor grill rather than a charcoal one. One of the bathroom shower doors was barely functional and were told that a repair had earlier been scheduled for the day after our departure. The other bathroom/shower was tiny and tight. We had a great time-great sunsets-and definitely recommend a rental here!

Nice clean accommodations. Very close to beach and restaurants. My only feedback is the shower door in the main bathroom does not open or close easily which was kind of a pain. Definitely need a new beach cart and a beach umbrella with a vent at the top for windy beach days. Highly suggest a beach wagon as the cart was small and didn't hold much. Our stuff ended up in the street many times after falling out on our walks to the beach.Overall a 4! Would stay again but would buy a beach wagon to haul everything.

The house is just as pictured. It is a block and a half from the beach. Close to dining and shopping. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything for cooking and food prep. The host provided all the necessities that a lot of rentals don’t from laundry and dish soap to coffee filters, and all the beach equipment (even a cooler). I would absolutely recommend this property. The management company was very responsive. One of the toilets was not working properly on check in and they had it fixed within hours.
