This condo in the mountains, sleeps 4-5 with one bedroom (King-sized bed), a double size sleeper sofa and twin Murphy bed. It is one mile from Purgatory Ski Resort- known for their down-hill skiing and mountain biking. There are activities for winter sports or plenty of summer activities for the entire family!
There is one bathroom with a shower/tub and a private washer/dryer.
There is a full kitchen that is stocked with utensils and appliances including a drip coffee maker.

Very comfortable accommodation and well-stocked with kitchen amenities. There were bears active in the area so we didn’t adventure out on a lot of the trails but did enjoy happy hour/dinner at the Nugget Bar. The Hot tub was out of service but we enjoyed a trip down to the hot springs in Durango. I appreciate that it was pet friendly too!

Perfect stay for a family ski trip!

Located just 3 minutes from Purgatory Resort, it was a perfect place to stay for our family ski trip! The condo is clean, well stocked and great for family meals and relaxing! Thanks for sharing it with us!

Property is exactly as listed, but with so many added benefits. Very well appointed kitchen, laundry and entertainment. Very quiet little neighborhood. We will definitely plan another stay.

Family snow trip

Its a very nice , peaceful propertu only 1/2 mile from skiing! One of our favorite things was sitting in the hot tub while it was snowing! Would stay there again for sure!! Property manager was a blessing to work with and accomendated us evening coming a day early! Ty again for such an amazing trip!

We stayed here for a wedding at the lodge! Perfect location! Everything was great and the views are outstanding! Grab what you need in Durango at the store, because the food and small markets near by are a bit pricey! But the condo and Amanda were great!!

Clean but dated condo close to Purgatory

Overall the condo was clean and fairly well set up. It is very close to Purgatory resort and was an easy place to stay while we were there to ski. The condo shows signs of wear and tear but given the price relative to nearby properties I was not surprised. I did find the very loud heater in the bedroom to be extremely disruptive during the night. Accessing the condo and communications with the owner were straightforward and easy to follow.

The property was pet-friendly with a nice place to walk the dog. Location was beautiful! Close to several hiking trails. The condo was clean and comfortable. Very nice. The host was prompt to reply. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

The condo and community were as advertised. Quaint, simple, and private.The condo was very clean, and the amenities were perfect. A struggle for those who do not use Apple TV, but we figured it out.

We had a great time here in Purgatory! The condo was in good condition, felt like home!The bed was very nice and the property was nicely kept.I loved that we could bring our dog, she had plenty of places to sniff around. Thank you and hopefully we will be back!

The condo was clean and very well furnished and stocked. It is a great location, midway between Durango and Silverton. My wife and I enjoy the hiking in the Silverton area, but I’ve had problems with finding good lodging in the town of Silverton. I will definitely return to the Silverpick condo on future trips to the area.

Spring Skiing Stay

The condo was very comfortable for me and my son. It contained all the amenities we required for home cooked meals. We also enjoyed the community hot tub. Mandy was very accommodating to a minor change I requested and she was very responsive. We would not hesitate to rent with Mandy again.

Purgatory Playground

The location is ideal to spend the day exploring Durango Mountains. The host is very responsive and welcoming! We loved being a 2 minute drive from Purgatory and coming back to a clean hot tub steps away from the room. Quiet area with respectful residents and guests
