Wonderful and clean one bedroom condo on the second floor overlooking Lido beach.
Just cross the street and you are on the beach. Less than 10 minutes walk to St Armand circle with all the shopping and restaurants . No need for a car but you will have off street reserved parking assigned to your condo unit.

Great place to stay

Location is excellent, right across the street from the beach. Very close to St. Armand's circle for shopping, dining, Everything you need is available inside the condo, from kitchen equipment to beach chairs. The host was very communicative and made sure we were well taken care of. Would stay here again!

Great rental

The property was centrally located to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants at St Armand. We loved the walkibility this rental offered. Check in and out was a breeze!

Perfect location and clean!

My husband & I loved the location of this property! Right across the main Lido Beach access and a short walk to St Armand's circle was exactly what we wanted. Unit was clean, updated and had all the creature comforts. Communication and professionalism from the owner was spot on. We would definitely book again!

Wonderful Vacation spot

This property was clean with a nice kitchen & as pictured . Beach towels, & chairs & boogie boards were a plus. Walking distance to the beach, the Trolley, South Lido Key Beach Park & St Armand’s circle. Contact with the owner was great.

Awesome place

Easy to get in and out of. Modern kitchen and bath. Huge TV! I was lucky enough to have family nearby so only cooked breakfast in the condo. St Armands circle is very close and the restaurants and shops there are plenty The host was very easy to get hold of. Would like to stay there again next time I go. Very pleased!

The property was clean. The host was quick to respond to any question we had. It was just a couple of minutes to the beach walking and about a 10 minute walk to st. Armand's circle. Everything was lovely. We will be coming back

Easy week on lido key

Our favorite trip so far. 4th time staying in area, by far the best accommodations we’ve had. Modern, charming and clean. Keyless door was so convenient. Coffee maker was much appreciated. And ability to easily do laundry was a plus. Lido Key is such a great location to access the best the area has to offer. Would definitely return, looking forward to returning.

Perfection Location, Beautiful Accommodations

If you are looking for sun & sand, good food, shopping, and the perfection condo, this is your spot! Short walking distance to everything and the trolley stops across the street. The accommodations couldn’t be better! Relax in the comfortable living space or prepare lunch in the well-stocked kitchen. This place is clean and inviting. The pool and surrounding areas are well-maintained. Communication with the host far exceeded expectations! We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

I really loved the location, close to the beach and St Armand's Circle. Unit was clean and well stocked as far as kitchen equipment, beach equipment, etc. A ceiling fan in the primary bedroom would have been nice. The unit had air conditioning but we just prefer fans.

Fantastic property in a fantastic location!!

This condo is located directly across the street from the beautiful Lido beach and an easy walk to St Armands Key for shopping and restaurants. The condo was super clean, updated and well furnished with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The bed is very comfortable, a huge plus for us! The owner is great about communication and gave responses to emails quickly. There is a bus stop across the street for the free bus that goes to St Armands and onto downtown Sarasota, so it’s great if you want to explore a bit but don’t have a car. I can not say enough good things about this rental!! Will definitely be back!

Great Location and well-equipped!

Location Location Location! The Lido Dorset was perfectly located for our week on the beach! Nothing beats a short walk to the most beautiful beach without having to get in your car! Also an easy walk, scooter rental or drive to St. Armand’s for terrific dining and shopping options! The condo was exactly as advertised- a good size for our party of 2, well-equipped and clean. The wifi was great, air conditioning worked perfectly to keep us comfortable and the building was very quiet-not a loud party scene during our stay. The amenities were all in great order: pool area was clean and was never crowded, we used the grills twice, used laundry, all without any wait.

Great condo complex in Lido Key! This unit is a great beach getaway. Nicely remodeled and just steps to the beach. The on-site pool and patio area is also nice. Very close to St Armand’s circle as well for shopping and restaurants.

Excellent host

The host was so responsive and helpful. The place was great. Clean and comfy and had everything we needed for a great stay. We slept well, it was convenient to the beach across the street or walk or take the bay runner to St Armand circle. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend. The host was superb.

Absolutely Fantastic Experience

We booked for 10 days in June 2022 and it was an magnificent experience! From arrival to departure, it was the perfect vacation. This place is absolutely as described. In fact, once we walked in for the first time, it exceeded our expectations. The unit was clean, cool and well stocked with everything we needed. The location to the beach is a short 3 min walk across the street & small parking lot onto the beach. So close we would walk back to the unit for lunch leaving our stuff on the beach. While many vacationers had to drive to the beach, you won't have to You couldn't ask for a more convienient location and setting. The owner makes this a turn key vacation spot for anyone looking to spend their time having fun. I would recommend this to everyone. In fact, upon returning home, I've already mentioned it to my neighbor! Bring a few extra rolls of toilet paper, but that is all you will need. The trolley has a pick up point across from the street, walking distance from St. Armands Circle and a pool that is fantastic. After baking at the beach, we'd cool off at the pool before dinner. Can't get much smoother than that! We will definitely return to this place. It rocks!
