Great place to stay

This property is located within walking distance to the beach and St Armands Circle. Very clean and has anything you would need for your stay! Close to Long Boat Key and Sarasota as well. Tons of places to explore and have a relaxing trip for sure!

Fabulous location, wonderful place to stay very convenient clean has all the amenities you need for the beach. Very good communications would highly recommend and I plan to stay here again.

The Chateau

I needed a get away and my four day stay at this VRBO was exactly what I needed. The condo is in a perfect location so close to the beach with so many shops and your choice of places to eat. I will definitely stay there again. They have everything you could possibly need to make your stay that much more enjoyable!

Great location!

My friend and I stayed for a week in this VRBO. We loved the location: about a 5-10 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min walk to St. Armand’s Circle where we ate dinner and shopped every night. They had all the amenities and were available via text!

Great location, clean, nicely decorated...all you can ask for in a vacation rental.

This condo is very convenient to the lido beach and St. Armand's circle. It is tastefully decorated and clean. Easy booking with quick follow up by the owner/property manager. Janice was great to work with and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again in the future.

Excellent location for accessing the beach and Armand Circle. We took Uber several times for convenience but it is easy to drive to many locations. The apartment was immaculately cleaned, had great amenities including beach cart, umbrella, chairs and cooler bag. The bed was very comfortable, the bath tub had grab bars, and it is on the ground level. Things to note: the pool is at Lido Beach and is not easily accessible if you have a disability (ladders only in/out of pool); and the laundry is coin operated and does not have a change machine. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

Great location, clean

Our four nights at Adelaide’s place was a vacation we will never forget. House was located just a 15 minute walk to town and only a few from the clear water beach. When my partner and I first walked into the space, we were amazed by how clean it was. The owners were very responsive as well. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Sunshine, Relaxation and Romance

This property is just as cute in person! The location cannot be beat! Just a few minutes walk to the beach (the wagon, beach towels and chairs provided are a game changer)! Also just a few minute walk to the center of the town which is filled with amazing restaurants! The city circle is really fun! Owners are very responsive and excellent hosts.

Perfect everything!

This was our second time staying in this condo, and we will absolutely be returning again! You will not find better hosts than Jan and Chris. They have thought of everything, making you feel right at home. The beach is only a few blocks away, and restaurants and shops are only a bit farther. Lido really is paradise, and staying here is truly Living The Dream On Lido!

1 week beach getaway

I cant really add to what has been said by others. Great place for the price. Convenient and all accessible (beach, trolley, St Armands, downtown Sarasota. This is our 2nd time staying in this neighborhood and will hopefully be a secret for many years to come. Please don't tell anyone ( ha ha).

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jan's condo Lido Keys and the condo lived up to the reviews.

Jan's condo had everything you could ask for; nothing was over looked by the owners. The beach was a close walk and public parking was available for those that prefer to drive. St Armands Circle provides a wonderful plethora of shops and dining. We are already planning on coming again next summer. Thank you Jan for everything. Your hospitality was outstanding!

Every amenity

This condo has every amenity you could possibly want. A huge, beautiful bed, TV sets with a million channels, fully stocked kitchen, great convenient location. This is our second stay at this condo. THe owner is very receptive to feedback. Quiet, safe neighborhood, about a mile from St. Armand's circle!

One of our favorite pastimes has always been enjoying the beautiful weather and stunning beaches in Florida. Given our love for the area, we decided to take the plunge and purchase a charming condo by the beaches of Lido Key. This decision was fueled by our desire to have a cozy retreat where we can fully embrace the coastal lifestyle we adore. The condo serves as a perfect getaway for us to relax, unwind, and continue making wonderful memories by the sea.

This property is incredibly convenient for frequent travelers, as Sarasota Airport is often our go-to, with Tampa International Airport also being an option if needed. The beach is easily accessible, allowing you to get there quickly without a long drive from the airport. Chateau Village is ideally situated near shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities that I love, including biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, and diving.
