This property was great! The balcony was great because of the views of the ocean, the amount of seating and privacy. Everything was as described. The property was not so huge that it was hard to get an elevator or room in the pool, which we enjoyed. It was quiet, family friendly and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

The listing was just as posted. Clean condo, quiet property, and right on the beach. I didn’t realize that when checking in that there was rental agreement paperwork you had to sign before being given codes to get into your condo. Also, was supposed to have 2 private parking spots according to the listing, but this was not the case. However, you required a code to the parking lot of the building, so that made it a little more secure.I also wasn’t able to access my room because the code I was given did not work, but customer service was able to help me quickly. They did not seem to know anything about the parking spots other than saying the room would have information regarding parking in a grey bowl in the condo. There was no information, so we just parked in the parking lot. Overall, a nice place to stay! Clean rooms & bathrooms. AC worked very well. Great location. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was super nice, beautifully located right on the beach, and had a gorgeous balcony with a beautiful view. The pool was also very nice, and the location was extremely convenient. The the communication felt very generic. When I texted with questions, I received automated-style responses rather than personalized help. Check-in was very strict — we actually had to wait at the door until exactly 4:00 because the door code would not activate even a few minutes early unless you paid an additional 60. We also asked about a late checkout, but were told it had to be requested at least five days in advance. With a 9:00 a.m. checkout time, it would have been nice to have a little more flexibility. Also, be prepared to bring your own basic supplies. There was no salt, pepper, extra garbage bags, etc, so you’ll want to make sure you bring everything you may need. There were also no oven mitts. Overall, we had a great stay and really loved the condo, beach, pool, and view. Just be aware that the management company has very strict policies and limited flexibility.

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback and for your kind words about the condo, beach, pool, and view. We are glad you enjoyed your stay overall, and we truly appreciate you pointing out the issues with communication, check-in/check-out policies, and missing basic supplies. Your comments help us see where our processes feel too rigid and where the condo setup can be improved. We will review these areas carefully to make the experience more comfortable and straightforward for future guests.

Family Getaway

Great place to stay. Room was great- very clean and spacious. Very clean and the balcony had lots of seating and room. The 2 bedrooms that face the parking lot needs curtains- lots of light comes on through the night from outside and is hard to sleep. Would be helpful- other than that- it is an excellent place to stay. Would for sure rent here again!
