Husets läge ligger 1 minuts promenad till stranden, på hörnet av en återvändsgränd. Fyra våningar, nyrenoverade, rymliga 100 år gamla hus inkluderar: tvättstuga, tre kök, tre vardagsrum (ett vardagsrum ordnat som drottningssovrum), stor formell matsal, fyra badrum, nio sovrum, all-säsong wrap-around glas / skärm veranda med upplysta takfläktar och utsikt över havet. 10-11 parkeringsplatser.

Utanför marken inkluderar ett bakdäck med gasgrill (propan ingår) och slutna utomhusdusch med varmt och kallt vatten. Kasta med strandstolar och strandleksaker. Parkering på tre sidor av huset.

Bottenvåningen inkluderar två kök !! Jenn-Air och Electrolux kylskåp. Jenn-Air Gas Range och Whirlpool Electric Range. Jenn-Air Diskmaskin. Två mikrovågor. Tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Amazing Stay

Amazing property at an amazing location. Easy three minute walk to the beach and just a few minutes walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Property owner was very responsive. Our group had an amazing time.

Incredible Stay!

Wow, Cheryl truly went above and beyond to create a comfortable stay for my friends and I a few weeks ago. We had a large group stay at her house for my wedding weekend- the house was huge and everyone was able to have their own bed. There are also multiple showers and clean bathrooms. The house itself is a few minutes away from the beach and has convenient parking. This is THE house to stay at if you are looking at Wells area for your next trip! Thank you again Cheryl! :)

Great location, whole experience could not have worked out better

What is my wife’s 40th birthday and we were able to accommodate friends and family with ease. There is lots to do with the walking distance which made a great.

Perfect for Girls' Weekend

We loved our stay in Wells! We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the property, the quality of the appliances (including an ice maker that kept up with us!), the rooftop firepit and lounge, and the location. It was an easy walk to the beautiful beach. Highly recommended for large groups!

the property was clean and neat and Cheryl was very accommodating My entire family was please.

My only comment is the steps in the house because it is older are very steep and older people need to take that into account. There is a first floor bedroom that they can use however.

Blair vacation

Everything went very smooth. Weather held out except for 1 day of rain. House and amenities were great. Beach and ocean were clean and just a block away. Area was nice for shopping and dining. Had a great time and would do it again.

Awesome experience

Cheryl is an amazing host. The property was clean and stocked with more than what we hoped for. Appliances were top notch. How many others traveling with 8 kids ages 6-0 can say that? Property had plenty of everything including ice.

Maine House

Overall, the house was spacious enough and clean. The first level basement rooms were a bit claustrophobic. It was listed that there was a pool table, which we were looking forward to, but there wasn’t one. We also didn’t know about an 11PM curfew for the upper deck until we got there; with lots of teenaged/college-aged kids wanting to celebrate summer vacation, they had a hard time abiding by that. For over 13k for week, we will probably go with a different location next year.

Group getaway

We rented this beach house for a long weekend with a group of 5 families. The house was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The location is perfect... easy walk to the beach and shops. Cheryl is amazing to work with. She is responsive and accommodating. We had so much fun on the beach, playing games, sitting around the fire pit and even squeezed in a lobster bake. I highly recommend this property to any group!

Great Stay!

What a wonderful stay at this property.. The house is so spacious and clean and plenty to do near by.. So close to the beach!! I loved the wrap around porch in which to relax on while drinking my coffee!! Plenty of kitchen ware for preparing big meals or lobster bakes!! So beautiful inside with plenty of sleeping space for the whole family!! I can't wait to stay here again next year!! Absolutely breathtaking !!!

Meme,Papa, Children and Grandchildren at Wells

First and foremost Cheryl the owner is a true pleasure to work with!! Extremely great host - Thanks Cheryl - you truly made our week a very enjoyable one!! We had a total of 20 in our party and we never ran out of space. I joked that you needed bread crumbs to find your way around. The house was definitely large enough for all to enjoy their space, without any sense of crowding. The house is well equipped -and plenty of nice quality towels, unlike the ones you struggle through with at a hotel! The fact that it was so close to the beach made it easy to come and go as one pleased. The rooftop on the apartment was Meme and Papa's haven after a long fun day at the beach with our grandchildren. I would definitely recommend the house and more importantly Cheryl to all! Thanks again, Cyndi

Nice place!!

Great for large groups - any time of year!

7 adult couples (14 total) had plenty of space to enjoy this great house - and no one got stuck with a bunk bed!. One of the key features that is not given enough attention is the roof deck - a great spot for evening fun. A well stocked kitchen, great porch, and plenty of ammenities make this one of the better rental houses I have stayed in. The ladies had great shopping close by, the boys had golf...then an afternoon on the beach was a near perfect day, with GREAT weather in late September. Cheryl is as easy an owner to work with as you can get, and can offer up some great local recommendations. (Hint: do Mike's Clam Shack for a Clam Bake/Lobster bake. Inexpensive, and they cook everything for you...all you have to do is clean up!)

Great stay

This is a great house for a large group of people. Truly a 1-minute walk to the beach. Space for everyone. House in great shape. Owner is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Prior to becoming the owner of this property, two couples owned the house. I was their babysitter from time to time. I fell in love with the charm of house and was so sad when they decided that it was time to sell. With only $2000.00 to my name, we were able to work out an owner financing agreement. I worked two steady jobs, plus renting to make ends meet. I was 27 years old at the time. I am now 58.

My family and I have created many happy memories from spending time in this house over the years. Everyone has their own special room and we love that we can all spread out, yet congregate as one during meal times.

My goal is to make you, my guest, as comfortable and welcomed as possible.

This house has so many unique benefits!! Number one being its size and able to accommodate large numbers comfortably. Three Kitchens!! I am not aware of any other house at Wells Beach that has such a benefit!! The Porch!! One of the most popular feedbacks that I get is how much people enjoy the porch. Whether it be early morning coffee, late afternoon reading, or evening drinks. The Third Floor Sun Deck offers views like no other. One of the highest points at Wells Beach!

This house is also very clean and well kept. My standards are very high and I aim to provide as best as possible.
