Overall great stay. Property was clean and very well decorated. The convenience of the location cannot be understated. There were very comfortable beds and couches. A ton of beach/fishing supplies were available for use. The west pool (next to the beach) was perfect. The east pool was unfortunately being serviced all week but that wasn’t a big deal. The back patio of the unit had a grill, table, couch, and plenty of space. The building also has a convenient gym for use. The only improvement that we would recommend is that the bedrooms don’t really have blinds (more like transparent window shades) so the bedrooms get very bright around 7 am. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an outstanding condo, very spacious, with a great location on Siesta Key. It had plenty of permanent amenities like towels, pillows, dishes, etc. It lacked supplies such as trash bags, dryer sheets, and toilet paper. Per note from the host prior to arrival, you are expected to restock anything you use the last of. For this level of rental, that is unexpected. Cleanliness wasn't up to standards when we arrived, but the host was responsive and did offer to send the cleaning crew back. Overall, we had a great week and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place

We loved staying here. The deck was amazing to sit out and people watch and just relax. The beach was beautiful and flat so we didn’t have to carry things up hills. The pool was awesome and my son loved swimming in it. Loved the canopies at the pool and beach too. I had a broken leg so the openness of the house was convenient. There were two pools at the property so when the main pool was busy we went to the other pool. Frances was great deal with. Very kind and communicative. Would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing condo on crescent beach

Owner was so responsive and transparent as our stay approached post hurricanes. This is our third time staying here and we can’t wait to return. Location is amazing and so walkable. Trolley to the village outside your door. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean condo. Cannot wait to return!

Great location!

We had such a wonderful experience at this condo. The location is ideal with restaurants and bars directly across the street and beach access so close as well. Every night we enjoyed listening to the live music across the street. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was provided and more! Great Location and Beautiful Condo

My husband and I had a great time at this condo. The location is perfect. We listened to bands across the street while sipping wine on the huge balcony. The accommodations were well-stocked with everything we needed, and is beautifully decorated. We highly recommend.

Home away from home

This condo was perfect and spacious! Just what we needed for our week long vacation with the kids. The location was spectacular to not have to rent a car. Walkable to many restaurants, market stores, ice cream, bars and clothing shops. If you want to go to the village all you have to do is jump on a trolley. Will definitely be back again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We have been to Siesta Key a few times, however, this was our first time staying in this condo. The location was perfect and the unit was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the patio facing the street for some evening entertainment. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 and we look forward to returning in the future. We would highly recommend staying here!

Siesta Key Crescent #307

Our stay at the Crescent #307 was fantastic. The property was as listed and very nice. The front side patio was nice to sit out and people watch after a great beach day. There was live music to enjoy from across the street nightly. Once you went back inside and closed the hurricane door it was very peace full. The sleeping was great and and beds were more than comfortable. Walking in for the first time it was nice that other renters had left "as requested" supplies so you didn't feel the need to run out right way. This property will most certainty be on our short list of property's we will visit again. The owner France was very responsive by email if you needed to reach out.
