4 bedroom/2 bathroom home located 1 minute walk (.10 mile) to Moody/Qgunquit North Beach public way
Home sleeps 7-10 guests and includes a large open concept kitchen, living, and dining area
Guests will enjoy views of the river and marsh from the deck and peaks of ocean views from the kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom.

Home includes WiFi, cable TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, propane grill on deck.

The main floor (2nd Floor) has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed
Bedroom 3 has a full bed and twin
Full bathroom with shower/tub

The 1st floor includes a bedroom with a queen bed, a living/sitting area with pull-out sofa and a small bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer.

Parking for 3-4 cars.

Just Perfect!

Well stocked, very attractive, clean and comfortable beach house. Wonderful deck off the second floor living area with an automatic awning. All the appliances worked perfectly which was so appreciated! Room for 4 cars which was exactly what we needed. Andrew was very polite and responsive to all of my questions. It did take only a minute to walk to North Beach and watch the sunrise, walk the beautiful stretch of Ogunquit Beach, fly our kites and sit and watch the tide come in and out from our beach chairs. We plan to return!

Best beach week ever

We had a lovely stay. The house is very clean and well situated. It was a short walk to the beach and we could see the ocean from the front facing windows. The owner was friendly and responsive to text. Would 100% book again.

Perfect layout

It was the perfect vacation rental for our family. Grandparents enjoyed first floor bedroom and bath. Children and parents had access to second floor open concept living area and three bedrooms. 300 feet from access to two miles of sandy public beach. Amazing!

Very updated, clean open living space to enjoy dining, games and just hanging out. Very close beach in a quiet neighborhood.

Fabulous Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Wells! The location is perfect, close to the beach and river. Andrew was attentive, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house was clean upon arrival, had plenty of space, and all the essentials we needed. One of the best houses we’ve rented… hoping to make it back next year!

Location!

Great House and even better location. we brought a little wagon with us and every morning just rolled the 2 min walk to the beach and set up for the day. The house had everything you could need for a vacation .

Great space and location

My family and I had a fabulous time. The house is in a great location, close to the beach. You can hear the waves from the house. The host Andrew was easily reached and returned messages promptly. Hoping to be able to return and stay again next summer!

July Vacation

Great week. Andrew was responsive and easy to communicate with. House was clean with all the amenities we needed for a family of 8, 4 adults and 4 children (10,9,7,4). Very short walk to Moody Beach. Easy for the kids and parents and short enough and safe enough for the 10 and 9 year olds to go at it alone. Amazing time and can’t wait to rent again

Our favorite trip to Ogunquit

We have small kids and Andrew’s house is perfect in so many ways. Primarily location to the beach, but also how clean and perfect it is for families with young kids. We will be back!

Wet days

We had rain but I couldn’t have been happier being in our house for those few days. Very happy with the house, area, closeness to good food and loved the beach though we only had a chance to walk it.

Beautiful, clean and 1 min walk to beach

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and was just a 1 minute walk to the ocean. The owner responded promptly to a question I had. The house was clean with lots of space.

Perfect stay!

Staying at this property was a perfect experience. The home is in a great location, we enjoyed walking across the street with our coffee to view the sunrise. The house was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed to prepare all of our meals. The kitchen had all the necessities great pots, pans, plates coffee makers etc. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. The open floor plan provided plenty of space for playing cards while others were snacking at the breakfast bar. The bedrooms were very spacious. The deck was a great place to sit and enjoy the marsh. The owner was great with providing all the necessary details for our stay. Cleanliness is key for us and it was one of the cleanest homes I have ever stayed at. Everything was up to date and the home is beautiful. I can't wait to book the next weekend away.

Great late summer stay

We had a wonderful time at this home! Very comfortable, clean, and owner was great with communications and recommendations. The beach was barely a tiny walk away, and we also had longer walks down the beach into town. Great restaurants in town, and just a relaxing vacation overall.

Great vacation rental

The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, furnished, comfortable, roomy, well-appointed, and exactly as advertised. It exceeded our expectations -- the beds were very comfortable, ample dishes, pots/pans, cooking supplies, great appliances, beach chairs, deck furnishings, AC, TV, and WiFi. Super easy walk to the beach, views of the salt marsh and ocean, easy parking. We all had a great time.

Moody Beach Stay

We had a wonderful family vacation in this great home. The home is well maintained and a short walk to the beach which was essential as we had small children. The property owner was in contact at all times and very accommodating. Would highly recomment this property!

So it’s a good location but the home has mold.

Mold might not be a huge issue for many but for those of us who are particularly vulnerable, it’s not good. The place had a leak when we arrived so the carpet was all wet and place smelled of mold very strongly. We had to close the bedroom w the leak and not use it which meant one of our kids had to sleep on the couch. Also the dryer was not working when we arrived which was particularly frustrating since we needed to wash our linens to make beds. We washed them and then couldn’t dry them. We spent 14 hrs driving to the rental and then had to spend the next several at the laundromat. The owners did respond the following day and had a new dryer put in the day after that. I think they tried to handle it as quickly as possible but it certainly added strain to what was supposed to be our vacation. Also the front door lock doesn’t work quite right. Not a huge deal but just a heads up.

Great beach vacation for all ages!

The house was very comfortable and the host was responsive to all my questions and exceeded our expectations for quick answers and local recommendations/advice. There was room enough for us to all be together but also space for privacy and alone time. The beach proximity was excellent and the beach itself was the most perfect beach we've ever been to as far as being family friendly for all ages from our littlest playing in the sand, to our 6-year-old having a blast jumping and playing in the shallow waves, to our teens boogie boarding and sunbathing, and our adults enjoying the moon and sun rises, paddle boarding, surfing and more. Happy and peaceful place. Highly recommend.
