Enter inside this home and find the first floor open living the the connected living, kitchen and dining. The living room features a queen sleeper for an additional two guests and a flat screen TV. Directly across from the living room is the dining area that comfortably seats 4 to 6. The full size kitchen is off the dining room with granite counter tops, a full refrigerator, an electric stove, and dishwasher complete for all of your cooking needs. Off the kitchen is a newly added full bathroom with a walk in shower and single vanity. There is a newly added laundry area with under counter full size washer and dryer as well as an outdoor shower as well.

Also on the first floor is the king master bedroom with a flat screen TV and double door access to the screened in front porch. There is a full size bathroom with a shower only on the first floor.
