Välkommen till de små fötterna. Designad av Seaside, FL Town Architect, Ty Nun, har denna gäststuga till Pitter Patter ett överflöd av naturligt ljus. Verandaen välkomnar dig in i vardagsrummet som har en platt-TV, Sonos system, drottning bäddsoffa och inbyggd matplats. Köket har öppet hyllor, golv till takfönster, mikrovågsugn, två brännare induktion Wolf spishäll, kyl / frys med ismaskin och en tvättmaskin / torktumlare combo.

Håll upp spiraltrappen till drottning sovrummet svit med inbyggd garderob och lådor, en stor platt-TV, sittgrupp omgivet av fönster med utsikt som ger dig det trädhuset känsla. Njut av balkongen för ett senat glasvin eller en tidig morgonkaffe. Badrummet har en all glasdusch med handhållet regnhuvud, kärlfack och gott om naturligt ljus.

Little Feet ligger bara några steg från stranden och Seaside centrum.

Fal Break at Little Feet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time at Little Feet. The carriage house is very tiny but we were prepared for this. Both the main bed and pull out sofa are very comfortable and everyone slept well. The property has nice furnishings and was clean. There was an interior leak during a rain storm that was reported, and the combination washer/dryer is not very effective. It takes a VERY long time to process a load and clothes do not come out dry even with a small load. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better location.

Ideal location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in an ideal location for our family of 4. Plenty to do around the neighborhood with pools, playpark, gym, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts etc. It was also a short walk across the street to the beach. The house is cozy for a family of 4 but it worked for our short stay. The only issues we had was with WiFi going in and out and a washer/dryer that could not dry clothes even on a 3hr drying cycle. We suggested to management to have a drying rack instead so I hope that would resolve any future guests issues.

One thing that might need to be looked at for the future is the washer/dryer machine. When putting it on any cycle it left our clothes wet every time even with an additional drying cycle. Besides that everything was great and I highly recommend staying here!

Cute, modern house. There was 4 of us. Worked fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location can’t be beat. Right by downtown and private beach.

Cute, clean, and perfect!

What a beautiful home! We really enjoyed our stay - the home was comfortable and just what we had hoped for. It's a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. A perfect location!
