Excellent property with communicative host. Walk to the beach is 5min which is extremely convenient as well. Stop looking elsewhere, this is the one!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! Everything was excellent—from the cleanliness and comfort to the beautiful location. The condo was well-maintained, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway.

Property was clean, the condo had absolutely everything we needed. It was spacious and very affordable. Check in took less than 5 minutes, and the owner called me prior to arriving to answer any questions I had.

Great vacation and this condo made us feel right at home. Everything we needed and more. The grounds and pool just made it better and only a few minutes to walk to beach. Got to meet David when we arrived. We will be back. Thank you for a great vacation! The only thing that would have made it better was if I could have brought my fur babies with me. Highly recommend this place.

Condo is super clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo conditioner and body wash. The host David is great with communicating with you whenever needed. We will definitely rent from David again.

We loved our stay at this property! The condo was beautiful and had absolutely everything you could need. Stuff we had forgotten to bring we didn't need because we found it already at the condo. It was spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of. The coffee bar was well enjoyed by everyone in our group. The property was clean and the outdoor pools were great! Even though you don't get a beach view it doesn't matter because you're literally a 2 min walk to the beach. We also got to enjoy watching the Fireworks Friday and Saturday night on the beach in front of the condo. I will come back to stay here next time we come to South Padre!

It was our first time here but we had an amazing stay at this condo! It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our entire group.The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Having everything readily available made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. The location was also perfect, being close to the pools and beach made everything easy and convenient. The area was nice and quiet as well.The host was wonderful to work with and had no issues with communication. They were kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our trip.Overall, this was a great experience and we would absolutely love to come back again in the future. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay!

Great place!

I loved it here! It was close to the beach, the place itself was nice and clean with plenty of towels and extra soaps and what not! I would stay here again .

Cozy in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was easy to communicate with, and the property very comfortable. Great walkable location to the beach as well. Highly recommend for families like our group or anyone looking for a relaxed place to stay near the beach.
