The owner was great and very helpful they provided everything we needed and the place was very clean. The location was great and the owner checked on us to make sure we were good. He even suggested placing to go while we were there. I would recommend this to my friends.

This condo was a great place to stay for 6 adults. Many amenities in the condo and on the property. The hosts were so helpful and very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this property!

Great place!

I loved it here! It was close to the beach, the place itself was nice and clean with plenty of towels and extra soaps and what not! I would stay here again .

Amazing Stay

I have stayed at a few VRBOs and can say this is one of the nicest. It is large and is close to the beach. It easily had plenty of room for two adults and two kids. Sometimes it is the little things, and the host seems to go out of their way with a fully stocked coffee selection and everything you could possibly need to cook. The in-unit laundry with some provided laundry soap was also super convenient. Everything about the stay, from the host reaching out to make sure we would be able to get into the unit, and the location was amazing. It all comes down to whether you would go out of your way to stay here again. For me, that is a definite Yes!

I had 4 teenagers, myself, and an 8 yr old. We loved that there was plenty of room and we didn't have to go buy much to accommodate our every day needs. It was close to the beach and there was security there on the property. They actually checked wrist bands and closed the pool at proper times. Their presence there made my mind feel more at ease. There was a full time cleaning staff, which was very appreciative to see. Overall, GREAT stay!! Thank you for everything!

Family vacation

Awesome condominium clean, spacious, and right on the beach. Owners go above and beyond to make everything perfect. This was our second time staying in this unit, we will definitely be back soon.

Fantastic condo

This condo was excellent for our family - 4 adults and 3 kids. The condo was very clean and FULL of everything you need for a beach vacation. Great location too! It’s within walking distance to two restaurants/bars, a souvenir shop, and the turtle sanctuary. The owners were very communicative. We will definitely book again.

Wonderful place, beautifly decorated, very spacious, great location, easy close access to the beach. We stayed her last week, we loved everything about it fit our group of 8 perfectly. The pools are awesome and warm our kids loved relaxing in them after spending time on the beach and in the evening. The staff and ground keepers are very friendly and everything is neat and clean throught the grounds. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and hope to be back soon, thanks for a great stay!!

Enjoyed our mini family vacation

Enjoyed our stay here for our mini family vacation. The condo was great and the location was great with a short walk to the beach as promised! Fyi, 2 cars are allowed for parking but one must be parked by the office and only one near the condo. This was a little bit of an inconvenience with each car having kids in car seats but we were able to make it work.

When I was young, I had fond memories of staying at this condominium, and though they are one of the older condominiums on the island, the unit we stayed in was remodeled, and absolutely stunning. All the comforts (and more) of home. We hated to leave .. but will return.

Magical

This property was perfect for my family! It is beautifully decorated and has all of the extras from a coffee bar to the beach chairs and cooler to bring down to enjoy the day. It is conveniently located steps away from the beach, and several area restaurant bars. Thank you also to the wonderful people at Clayton's who opened up the pier on one of their closed days so my son could propose to his girlfriend at sunset. It was the perfect place for our magical event. It's a vacation none of us will forget! Thank you for being so accommodating and helpful! We will definitely be back!

SPI Vacation

From the moment the vacation was booked, all interactions were positive. The hosts responded to all inquiries promptly and provided tips to enhance the stay. The best part of the vacation was by far the condo. Beautifully equipped and maintained. Lots of amenities, including well stocked pantry. (lovely surprise) We felt like we were at home, not in a rented space. I highly encourage anyone looking for a great time to book this condo. You will not be disappointed. Can't thank the hosts enough for making this a wonderful trip.

South Padre Vacation

The condo was older but in good repair. Unfortunately the patio doors from the bedrooms to the deck were nailed shut and not to be used. The water pressure was very poor and sometimes nonexistent. The water was being worked on by the Tiki and did get better but it was still very poor in the condo. The air conditioner was barely working if at all and often at the end of the day it would be over 80 in the condo. It also made for too hot sleeping.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This beach casual and lovely beach condo is family-sized and comfortably spacious, yet still super-cozy. It is located on the North end of the Island was ideal for us because we didn't want to be in the middle of too much noise nor crowds. We find the North end is more beautiful, cleaner and much more peaceful. Lots of places to shop, eat, as well as attractions too! World renowned, Sea Turtle Inc. and Bird Sanctuary is literally across the street from us; it's a must see! Taking sunrise walk on the beach, coffee in hand is a therapeutic way to start the day and a sunset stroll on the beach (wine in-hand!) is a favorite pass-time of ours. We found the perfect piece of Heaven on the island here. The Tiki Resort is a beautiful, tropical resort property and is an ideal location for us.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The Tiki resort caters to families by offering two large , CLEAN, and heated family pools, several BBQ designated areas equipped with pits and with tables, and two nice, tropical courtyard areas to stroll thru on your way to the beach. It's laid-back and the best value for the money on the island. Additionally, there is an amazing firework show NEXT DOOR on the beach on Fridays and Saturdays at 9:15....viewable from this property! It is one of the best firework shows we've ever seen and it's RIGHT HERE. A beautiful way to end the day on the beach.
