We have 7 vocation unique cottages/houses, 9 units,3 on waterfront all have very distinct, interesting styles,16 slips boat dock,2 big barns more than 3 acres ,35 years' lodging, beautiful location for vocation and fishing, within easy walking distance to the Marina, restaurants and Lake Ontario.
Our lodging is the biggest in this area and we have thousands of customers each year mostly regular customers and come every year.

    Great fishing trip

    Perfect for fisherman close to all creeks, right on the oak orchard, 2 bars/restaurants in walking distance. Owner very attentive to our needs Thanks Charlie

    This guy advertises it as renting a 5BR house, but then asks you how many people are coming. Based on that, he offers you one of his cottages. He completely lies in the listing and then expects you to pay the same nightly fee. I even paid for a pet fee but my dog died right before our stay and he wont refund the fee. The worst VRBO I have ever come across.

    We stayed in the Andi cottage that had a nice open front porch that we could all sit together as a group. Close proximity to the marina we used for our fishing trip!

    Memorial Day Fishing Trip

    Awesome weekend! House was clean and all amenities were as listed. Check-in/check-out were quick and easy. Charlie was communicative and helpful. Taz was a great property host. Plenty of room in the yard. Close to the docks. Grill was literally brand new. Overall great experience. Would recommend!

    Fishing trip with friends

    Overall experience was good for a bunch of guys looking for a place to sleep when they weren’t fishing. The online listing is certainly misleading, there are multiple rooms/houses/cottages that the company is renting depending how many are in your group, so the pictures probably aren’t of the place you are staying. The unit we were in was clean and the shower was hot with good water pressure. Charlie was a great host, we will return.

    Exactly as listed with a few added perks, ie the listing said one bathroom but there were actually two. Room for our large group of ten with our two dogs. There were actually two bathrooms though the listing said one.

    Not worth your time or money. Keep looking.

    This host is not posting pictures of the interior of the actual units offered. I was shown two units the night I arrived with my young family. Cigarette smoke, 1960s furniture, broken and stained window coverings, bathrooms with black mold. Very poor AC, cobwebs, spiders, stains, even the fridge was a mess. Some beds not changed sinc last person (beds still unmade). We left as early as we could worried for health concerns and he refused to refund even the one unused day of reservation. Know what you're getting in to. You have options.

    We did NOT stay here. After seeing it, my grandchildren refused to stay. It smelled, there was a bed in the livingroom/dining room, no light in the bathroom. After seeing it, I went out and found a different place to stay.

    Ok house

    Stayed in the 2nd story of the house. Plenty of beds. Very old living room furniture with ( modern tv/direct tv). Very small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and stove— a few budget pots and pans . Owner was very nice.
