Had some issues but love this location

We stayed at this exact listing last fall and loved it as well as a year ago next door in this same building. For some reason, our experience was much different this time around. When we checked in, the owner had set the AC to not go down below 70 degrees and we always have ours set to 68 so our kids can fall asleep. We had to open the doors for the first day and a half because the owner didn't change the AC on his app. There was trash on one of the bunk beds, no comforters on any of the beds and when they dropped them off they were very thin and not comfortable. The toilets were dirty when we checked in. The water temperature was very inconsistent. Some days it would get hot but most of the time it would not be hot enough to warm a bathtub. The property manager partially refunded us for the inconvenience of our stay but it's unfortunate because we love this property and wish we had a better experience because we'd love to stay here more in the future.

We’ve stayed in the area for 14 years, first time in a condo. This property is NOT close to a beach access, you will need to drive to it or rent golf cart. The pool was a nice size pool, however, there’s no water circulation. Not refreshing at all, very warm and trash floating at all times. Spotty phone service even connected to WI-FI. Elevator was broke, dishwasher didn’t work properly, mattress in master was extremely hard, stained furniture in living room, roof top bar was closed… etc… just didn’t enjoy our stay at property. For the cost you can stay in a house closer to the beach.

Great beach getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Close to everything - beach, shopping, restaurants and grocery store! The pool and workout room are great too! Property manager was responsive and the place had all that you need. Thanks!

Great property…lived the pool

Great property… loved the pool. We were disappointed that the roof top bar was not operating. I feel like that would have been the cherry on top. Also bar service around the pool would be a great addition.
