Relax in over 3,800 of spacious square feet to include a family room with a vaulted ceiling and hardwood flooring throughout the main level. View the gorgeous waterfront and deck from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has hickory cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, large pantry, and comes stocked with dishes, pots, pans, spices, Keurig, and tea kettle. Large lakeside main level master suite features a walk-in closet, double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional guest rooms are on the main level with a full-size bathroom. Lower level includes 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Walkout basement with huge flat screen TV and family bar area for entertaining.
Outdoor space includes your own private sandy beach, stone patio with storage, bar, sun deck and a jet ski lift! 2-3 car attached garage, paved driveway, beautifully landscaped yard, rear composite deck, covered front porch, covered patio and an outdoor shower. Several sheds, enclosed carport and workshop included.
The listing includes a double-bay boathouse which contains a full-size fridge and roll-up bar door so you can entertain at the waterfront. Access to launch and park your personal boat/jet ski.

Great Waterfront Lake Anna Home!

Our group was 12 girls and we had the best trip. This home is beautiful, clean, and big! There was a ton of space for us all and the view is amazing. The kitchen has most of the cooking supplies you would need and there are two grills outside with gas provided. There is a fun game room and two large sitting areas. The water toys and access were great. We rented a boat one day and has it dropped off outside of the house, which made for a really easy experience. Rashid was great and answered all of our texts immediately. I would definitely recommend this home!

Annual Family Lake Trip

We had the most amazing time!! The house was perfect. Enough room for all of us!! The trundle mattresses cane in very handy!! There is so many gathering places so if you needed a little serenity it was very easy to find a place. Loved the beach area. Loved the walkout to the lake and all the lake toys!! We have found that lake toys are a top priority for our family when choosing a home. Kids loved the game room just need a couple of fans in there for hot and humid days. I also think that another refrigerator in the game room garage would be helpful. Other than those two minor issues the house was amazing and the owner was very quick to get back to you with any questions you might have. Thank you for the use of your amazing and beautiful home so our family could make new memories that will be apart of us forever.

Amazing location and wonderful house!

We traveled with a large group and had a great stay here. The boat dock was perfect for us to hang by the lake during the day and watch the kids play in the lake. The sandy area was great for the little ones as well. The lake was pretty warm and not really refreshing during the hot weather, but if we floated out a little further from the dock it was a little better. The house was clean and had plenty of room for our group. We had an issue with not having enough hot water a couple days, but I was able to contact the owner about that with no issues. We had a really great time!

Relaxing & Fun Family Reunion

We had a party of 20 with a good mix of infants, children and adults! We had THE best time using all of the outdoor activities, relaxing on the dock (enjoying the beautiful view), and making memories that will last forever. We did have to get a bit creative with sleeping arrangements with our big party but were able to figure it out to make it work for everyone!

Family vacation

We had 15 family members ranging in age from 6 months to 84 years young. The house was clean and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The sand area and shallow water was perfect for the little ones! We had a blast and will definitely go back!

Saved our vacation

We had checked into another property that had no running water. We were able to switch to this property and it was perfect. Great quiet neighborhood, nice dock and nice amenities.

Great place for family esp if you bring your own boat/jet ski

This was a wonderful house with a fully stocked kitchen, and extras such as plenty of TP, soaps etc. House was clean and large. We were there when temps were in high 90’s and unfortunately the water temp was about the same. Game room was also hot since it is in upstairs garage. This is a great place in cooler temperatures- unfortunately this summer has been extremely hot. Air conditioning worked well in house and a cooler beach is close by so we had a great time! Thanks

Beautiful house

I recently stayed at this lake house and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The first thing that struck me was how clean and spacious the house was with plenty of room for everyone in our group. The game room was a huge hit with the kids! They had so much fun playing games and keeping themselves entertained. The amenities exceeded our expectations. There were so many little touches that made our stay extra special. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living areas, we truly felt like we had everything we needed. But the real highlight was the outdoors. We were able to use our jet ski and boat right from the property was a huge convenience. We didn't have to worry about transportation or finding a separate location to launch them. It made our time on the lake even more enjoyable and hassle-free. Overall, our experience at this lake house was exceptional. It ticked all the boxes and then some. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful lakefront

We traveled with four families and had a wonderful time. The waterfront has a beautiful beach, boathouse, and dock. The water on the private side of the lake was about 90 degrees when we traveled in July. The bedrooms are large and the basement rooms have several beds in each room, perfect for kids. The house was clean and the owner was quick to respond to any concerns. We had everything we needed for a memorable stay.

Perfect for a birthday weekend

Had a wonderful stay with 15 friends to celebrate my 40th. The house has plenty of space for us to be all together. Kitchen was great! Would have loved a dresser in the rooms to really be able to unpack, but everything else was great! We had a plumbing issue and Rashid responded right away and had it taken care of with in the day. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great family getaway in this lake front vacation house. The house had a magnificent view and was very clean. The house was stacked with supplies that we needed during our stay. Rashid was very responsive and accommodating.

Nice house but not the cleanest

While the house has space for 10+ people with a nice location on the water, some of my guests were unable to sleep on beds because there weren't clean sheets for us to use. We immediately had to start laundry so that we could have clean sheets to sleep on. It was an inconvenience but we thankfully were able to still enjoy our time.

Waterfront Gem

We had a great stay at this home with 15 family members (5yo through teen, and parents). It’s set in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The house had plenty of space inside and out to congregate. And, there was room for anyone to break off and have some quiet time too. The owner, Rashid was very responsive and welcoming. Kids loved the huge upstairs and downstairs TV’s, the garage gaming room with pool, foosball and arcade style basketball hoops. The popcorn machine was a hit as well in the downstairs bar area. But everyone’s favorite was the amazing lake access. As soon as you walk in the front door you’re greeted with an incredible view of the beach, dock and lake. Smaller kids loved the sand box while older ones enjoyed the stand up paddle board and kayaks. The lake-side firepit seating area was a great place for adults to wind down after sunset. Our stay was through hot weather and the boat house provided welcome shade all day long. If you have your own boat, this is an excellent property (get permission in advance of course). The boat house has two lifts, one for a pontoon boat and another for a v-hull. There is also a floating dock for a jet ski. I don’t know weight limits so check with the owner, but our 13’ Boston Whaler was easily accommodated. The property next door has a neighborhood boat ramp which we used. It was not very busy but did provide occasional entertainment watching people come and go. Tubing and wake boarding are very popular on Lake Anna. During our stay we saw deer, rabbits, osprey, and bald eagles. Kids caught bluegills off the dock and there were plenty of catfish and largemouth bass if you know how to catch them as well. Our family enjoys getting together in a new location each summer. But we had such a good time here we’re considering booking it again for next year.

Exceptional Family Week

The house was very easy to find and ample parking. The house was comfortable, but difficult for a mobility challenged person. The shore and boat house were the center of our daily activities. We highly recommend this property to other vacationers.

Great lake house vacation property!

This was the perfect place for our group of 18 to stay during our Lake Anna trip. There was plenty of space and beautiful views of the lake both inside and out. The highlight of this property is the backyard— our group made great use of the large dock, the included water toys, the beach, and the fire pit. Overall a great place to stay, the owner was very friendly and helpful, and we would definitely rebook!

Perfect family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at this home! Beautiful home, perfect location, and plenty to do right at the house. We would definitely stay here again. *Just a reminder that the coffee pot is a Keurig, so if you prefer a regular coffee pot, bring yours :) (we went out and bought one). Also, would recommend bringing extra blankets and towels.
