Great location, views of the bay and surrounding mountains and everything about the house - inside and out was spectacular.The host provided everything you would need as well as a booklet that provided detailed information about the property and surrounding area.

This house is in a super locaton near Ellesworth, Bar Harbor and Acadia.It was clean, well stocked and has a beautiful view out the back.The owners were very responsive.Highly reccomend.

What a beautiful location! The house fit our family perfectly - it gave the adults and kids a place to hang out together as well as have separate spaces. The outside views were stunning. The host was very responsive and offered suggestions when asked. We loved our time and Maine and will be back!

This was, by far, the most beautiful , peaceful stay with all of the comforts of home and an extraordinary view!! No pictures will ever be able to capture the serenity of this very private property - deer in the yard , waves on the shore and an expansive deck to relax and soak in the scenery ! Everything in the home was exceptionally clean with all of the amenities you could ask for and everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal or just chill and enjoy the fireplace and the beach !! Close enough to Acadia and Bar Harbor but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet .. The host went out of her way to make sure we arrived safe and had all that we could ever need !! We felt like family from the very start !! Thank you !!! We will be coming back very soon !!

Views were exquisite as advertised Property was well appointed and as advertised, however a little bit quirky. Would have preferred master bedroom with a door and bunk room with windows. Basement space was least desirable...a bit dark and damp.Distance to Bar Harbor was a hike but frankly I was delighted that we were not located in town.Would definitely rent again but would not plan on a large group in that particular house.Host could not have been more responsive ! We absolutely enjoyed our time there.

I can’t say enough positive things about this property! Communication, cleanliness, location, amenities etc were all top notch! We had to work a lot while we were at this property, and the WiFi was perfect. Our kids and family had an amazing time, and the location is so beautiful and peaceful. Tessa is such an attentive host and the local property managed Heather was super sweet and responsive too. The information binder in the house is so comprehensive. This was our first visit to Maine but definitely not our last. We are in love. This property made our experience truly unforgettable!!

Fantastic place and location

The property is in a rural setting along the water. It is quiet and beautiful. The owners were out of the country but responded quickly with any questions. Would recommend this place to friends traveling to the area.

We had an excellent stay! This home is a gem surrounded by beautiful views. It was also generously stocked with many convenient items. The owners have really put thought into making it a comfortable stay. The house was perfect for relaxing on the deck, overlooking the water and a great place to return after long days in Acadia National Park.

Relaxing retreat

Perfect place for my family and I to enjoy a few relaxing days before dropping our daughter off at summer camp. The waterfront views are breathtaking. I appreciated the kitchen being fully equipped with anything you would need and the comfortable beds & linens. We will definitely be back!

This place was amazing! We enjoyed watching seals catch and eat fish from our view off the deck. Nice location. Well-stocked kitchen. Our family of eight had a very memorable stay. Our daughter and her boyfriend got engaged right on the beach! Even saw some shooting stars our final night. Highly recommend!

Great property with amazing views!

My family and I stayed here for a trip to Acadia national park. The house was clean, in great condition and the hosts had thought of everything one may need for a Maine vacation (including tools for lobster bakes!). The views off the back porch were spectacular and we really enjoyed the fire pit and beach in the backyard. It is a bit of a drive to Acadia (30-45 min) depending on where you go in the park, but to stay waterfront was really worth it. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. Would stay here again if we visit again!
