Sandy Ridge, Davenport är en semestersamhälle som ligger i frodiga bevarande och är idealiskt beläget inom räckhåll för centrala Floridas populära nöjesparker och attraktioner (Disney's Main Gates är
bara cirka 15 minuters bilresa bort). Detta snyggt anlagda samhälle har också en egen lekplats för barnen för de "små" som fortfarande har massor av energi efter en dag i temaparkerna.

Att vara nära fantastiska rutter som Interstate 4 och Hwy 192 gör det mycket lättare att planera alla viktiga dagar ut till parker, stränder eller shopping. Floridas vackra kust är också inom räckhåll och har många fantastiska stränder att erbjuda, från St Pete's lugna vita sandstrand till den snabba takten i Clearwater, och med en av de närmaste (Cocoa Beach) som är drygt en timmes bilresa bort, är definitivt väl värda ett besök.

Även om golfare kommer att bli bortskämda för val när det gäller golfbanor, ligger Sandy Ridge inom några minuters bilresa från det populära Champions Gate Golfing Resort som erbjuder några fantastiska mästerskapsbanor som passar alla handikapp. En stormarknad och diverse andra butiker öppnade 2008 inom några minuters bilresa från vårt fritidshus med ytterligare butiker och några fina restauranger som ligger längre längs vägen vid Champions Gate, med mycket mer som kommer snart ("Down Town" Champions Port). Det helt nya köpcentret Posner Park som ligger precis utanför US-27 har just öppnat sina dörrar till några av de nya butikerna med mer öppning från mitten av 2008 och under hela 2009 och med Hwy 192 som erbjuder ett överflöd av presentbutiker, matställen, helikopter åkattraktioner, en mängd roliga familjeaktiviteter, det är bara så kul att ha haft av alla.

Christmas 2024 was a blast

We had a wonderful week. Traveled as a family with mature (18) children. Everyone had their own space, plenty of room and all the comforts they needed. Home is well supplied and suited our needs. There is lots nearby for shopping, eating and entertainment. You do need a vehicle to get to those places but it's worth the drive. With a farm in the backyard, we enjoyed the privacy it gave us in the pool area. Plus it was fun to watch the animals as they grazed. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had prior to check in. I would definitely stay here again.

Would recommend

We enjoyed our stay! It was so great going straight out of the living room into the heated pool and hot tub each morning and evening. The listing was exactly as described. Any messages to the owner were handled promptly. The beds were comfortable. The living room was cozy and great for our family of 4. The game room was a bonus as well. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and the SunRail train. .

Disney trip Christmas ‘23

Perfect vacation home, we were at the parks every day, it was more than enough for our family of 4. My only complaint is many of the electrical outlets did not work and the towels were very worn and should be replaced. We Would stay here again!

Absolute dream

We booked the property last minute (3 days before) after our plans changed. We are no strangers to Florida villas, and have stayed on Sandy Ridge before. Firstly, the owners could not have been more accommodating. They responded immediately to any questions, were incredibly flexible, and fantastic communicators. Then the villa, the photos do not do the place justice. It is far far nicer than the photos give it credit for. The villa is stunning, usual wear and tear you would expect, but incredibly well equipped and comfortable. We only stayed as a couple for a week, but would happily bring the family out for our usual summer holiday. Exceptional value for money and highly recommend!

Book this property now. Owners were responsive and very accommodating. The house exceeds expectations. The pictures don’t do it just. Truly the perfect spot. I will absolutely be booking this property again in the near future.

Edc Orlando trip

It was great the house was clean and very nice. The shower pressure was great, the spa was amazing. The cows are nice outside as well and the beds are cozy. It wasn’t too far from Orlando but far enough for it to be quiet. Great price and the home owners are great and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Good property

Overall a great property everything just as listed. The only issue not a big problem more of a keep in mind..As some stated the ice maker on the refrigerator does not work the owner should consider purchasing a counter top portable ice machine very inexpensive fix. Also one person in our group was disabled and could not use the pool as no hand rails..overall very nice location and great home would stay again

Great home very clean and pretty everything at work and condition. Beautiful farm behind it. No smells from the animals. Everything is just absolutely wonderful. Hi clear instructions that’s very easy to follow and far as garbage and how long owners are very responsive and quick to reply back on every and off situation. Definitely will stay again

Great rental

Beautiful rental house. Very quiet and plenty of space. Close to local attractions but far enough away to have some downtime. Recreation area in the garage was really neat. It was very hot while we were there but the hot tub seemed cool. Since the ice machine wasn’t working a few ice cube trays would be helpful. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. We would return!!

Great place to stay

Property was clean, well furnished, and in a great location. We did not have any issues. Host checked on us shortly after we arrived and answered questions quickly. We had a quiet peaceful vacation and hope to stay here again when in the area.

Superb villa and great location

Everything was superb - great place to stay and great location for all the parks and golf. Great games room and lovely private pool & spa. Carl is a great host and would definitely recommend.

Excellent property, great location

Booked at short notice, paid for pool heating. Pool was warm when we arrived (as requested) and everything was as it should be. Comfortable beds, great lounge, good kitchen, specious villa, very quiet all the time, especially peaceful at night. Overlooks a farm, never any noise. Convenient location - 10/15 mins from supermarkets, shops, Longhorn steakhouse (must visit), Championsgate (restaurant Zen, must visit), Olive garden etc. 25 mins to Kissimmee, 35 mins to Disney Springs - all taking account of traffic queues. Would definitely stay again.

Great home in a great location!

For the first time ever, I found the property even nicer than the photos showed! This home was quite large and we enjoyed being able to spread out. However, when we wanted to enjoy a meal together, there was a large dining table; and the living room hosts a large comfy sectional. We stayed here to enjoy the Disney parks, and each one was around 20 minutes or less away. We’ll be very happy to rebook this property in the near future!

Very nice

They were very good with communication. It was just me and my son mostly and we enjoyed it. If I was a big party I would have liked one of the twin bedroom to be a larger bed to accommodate.

Great property

We had a wonderful vacation at this home. It provided all the amenities we needed, had a great pool and spa and we loved backing on to the farm. The owners were quick to answer any questions I had before our trip. Highly recommend this home and are wishing we were back there now.

Very nice home

Was a very nice house, there were a few things we did find that need attention, 1. Sliding door doesn’t move easy, 2. Pool pump is very loud and should be checked, 3. Jets in hot tub are not all working, and 4. Chair in dining room is broken.

We have been travelling to Florida most years ever since then and are very proud of our second home there. We want all guests to enjoy Keyvilla as much as we do and we will always do our best to help make guests experience at Keyvlla a great one.

Very easy access to parks, 15 minutes to Disney and 25 minutes to Universal and Seaworld, along I-4. Close to Champions gate and local shops and restaurants. Peaceful location on a quite community

The best aspect we feel of the home is its view of the beautiful fields and animals that roam around them, cows, horses, birds. its a joy to sit out by the pool and be right next to nature.
