Vår villa ligger i ett lugnt återvändsgränd i den privata gated community av West Haven. Detta väl underhållna samfundet har obefläckade landskaps, trädgårdar och vägar. Den orörda söderläge pool och spa-avdelning har sol hela dagen lång, perfekt för uteservering, koppla av och njuta av solnedgången efter en lång dag på den närliggande Disney Parks och andra stora attraktioner.

Villan är ljus och dekorerade med en mycket hög standard. Den öppna planlösning vardagsrum, kök och matplats ger en känsla av rymd och komfort. Det finns 4 sovrum, 3 badrum (2 badrum). Det stora sovrummet öppnar direkt på poolområdet. För din njutning finns en 50” platt-TV i vardagsrummet, TV-apparater i alla sovrum och hög hastighet trådlöst internet. Garaget har byggts om till ett spelrum med bordtennis och biljardbord. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och en tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Gästerna har full tillgång till samhället klubbhuset, gym, tennisbanor och swimmingpool. Villan är bara ett par minuters bilfärd från Champions Gate golf komplex, stormarknader och restauranger. Villa was just what we needed for 70th Birthday trip for my mother in law. Great location, handy to supermarkets and parks. Pool and hot tub were brilliant and patio area was a great space.

I would Stay again!

The location is close to everything you need including theme parks, grocery stores etc. The kids loved the pool and spent most of their down time swimming! The owner is very responsive and accommodated as needed without issues.

Beautiful West Haven Villa.

First time staying at this villa in The Abbey at West Haven, having stayed in numerous other villas on this development in the past. This villa was beautifully decorated and very spacious, and included everything a couple or family would need for a wonderful Central Florida vacation. The south facing private pool and spa was very refreshing in the hot climate and had plenty of space for sunbathing etc. Disney World is 20 minutes drive away, and there are numerous dining/shopping outlets a mere 5/10 minutes away in the Championgate area.

Excellent home for our family

We enjoyed our week in the house, all was as advertised with plenty of dishes and towels for the 5 of us. Spa and pool were quiet, clean and warm, appreciated after a long day of walking. Gordon was very prompt with communication, thank you!

Can’t wait to come back

So easy to work with Gordon and his management company! If we had a question, it was answered immediately. Highlight for us was the south facing pool and hot tub! We were in it everyday - especially after golf! Property is close to everything we needed. Newer flooring throughout. We stayed for 2 months and have already booked the property for next year!

Canadian Golf Getaway

Having reserved in 2020 but having to cancel due to COVID we were fortunate to have our preferred week available for 2022. Gordon was gracious and responsive considering the time zones and the property was better than shown in the photos. Highly recommend for older travellers and the benefits for a younger family are everywhere, including pool safety/security. Leon form Nova Scotia

Windsor Place

Directions for gaining access to this gated community and the rental property were clear and easy to follow. The home was clean and ready for our arrival. It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Walking throughout the neighbourhood felt safe and a walking track behind the house was a nice addition. The heated pool was used every day and the lanai made sitting outside bug free. The major Orlando attractions all seem to be within a thirty minute drive. We would return to this property should the opportunity arise and recommend it to friends and family.

Always a good time

We stay at this location as often as possible. It’s a great price for value. I was disappointed that the spa was not working. The owner was quick to respond but the property manager only responded that he’d look into it. A week later we had not heard from him and it was not fixed. I would definitely still go back because normally everything is in working order and the owner is very generous with his pool and spa heat which is very much appreciated. We were just a bit bummed this time to not be able to enjoy the spa. The key to the side gate of the neighborhood was not working either but I don’t believe that was the properties fault. Overall it’s an excellent value for the price.

Nice villa

We enjoyed our holiday at this nicely presented villa. Gordon handle everything from the initial booking to check-in wonderfully and this continued during our stay when we had a couple of minor issues that were very promptly dealt with by his local team. Thanks Gordon!

Very nice property

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this home. There were a few maintenance issues we brought up to the owner and he was very receptive, so they will hopefully be fixed by the time the next guest stays there.

Beautiful Villa

Quiet neighbourhood, the house was spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. It was close to the parks and shopping areas. The large pool and hot tub were put to use after a busy day. We really enjoyed our stay, a week wasn’t long enough. Would definitely come back!

Lovely villa.

Lovely villa in a great location with easy access to Champions Gate and the supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The hot tub was fantastic, the perfect place to relax in the evening after a busy day at the parks.

We rented this villa in 2016 and immediately fell in love with it. It is bright, superbly furnished and gives a real feeling of comfort and space. Undoubtedly the best villa in the best location in Davenport.
