Welcome to your perfect beach retreat! This fully renovated, family-friendly three-bedroom townhouse is located right across the street from the stunning Atlantic Ocean and the public beaches of Amelia Island.
Enjoy the comforts of spacious bedrooms, a private garage (stocked with beach chairs and toys), a community pool, and a large patio with a gas grill. Relax under the shade of live oaks while listening to the soothing sound of waves. The open dining and living area is perfect for unwinding and catching up with loved ones after a sunny day at the beach.

This townhouse is part of a cozy, 20-unit complex with a mix of friendly locals and visitors.
The unit spans three floors:
- Main Floor: Features a half bath, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and patio.
- Second Floor: Includes the primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
- Third Floor: Offers two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and private deck. The other has a twin-over-full bunk bed with an extra twin trundle. A shared bathroom with a double vanity and separate toilet room is located in the hallway.
The fully stocked kitchen comes with pots, pans, utensils, olive oil, spices, flatware, knives, and children's utensils. A high chair is available upon request.
Parking includes a one-car garage, an additional outdoor space, and street parking behind the townhouse.
