Enjoy your stay, the Havasu Way.
I am renting the lower portion of my house.
This is a 826 sq/ft living space, is the lower part of my house which is separated by concrete walls and floor.

You will be about1/4 mile from Lake Havasu Golf Club with Rotary Park, McCulloch Blvd (Main St Downtown) and London Bridge Beach, the Channel and Casino ferry just minutes away. There are numerous lake view restaurants available for your dinning pleasure and many rental locations for jet skiing, boat (pontoon and pleasure), kayak and ATV's to rip through and enjoy all the desert has to offer.

Enjoy your stay in the lower level of my clean sanitary house which boasts wall to wall carpeting and overlooks Lake Havasu and the mountains. A relaxing environment with your own furnished kitchen, dining room, living room with 59" TV and entertainment system, bedroom, bathroom, shower and also included, washer and dryer and outdoor patio with BBQ.

This vacation stay is perfect for 1 person or a couple but can also accommodate overnight guests and will need some form of bed and bedding.
Off street 38' parking driveway and enough street parking to accommodated your motorhome, RV or boat.
Social gatherings are acceptable but this a quiet neighborhood and is expected to stay that way meaning no wild parties will be permitted.

Information about your wants and needs to help make your stay a pleasant one. Whatever you think pertinent, seeing as we will probably be running into one another on occasion because I reside in the main part of the house. Review of property

We were looking for a small affordable place for just the two of us. We were out and about most of the day. The accommodations were great, roomy and very comfortable for the two of us. Well stocked kitchen, and appliances, very happy to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Owner was very helpful.

Castaway rental

The Castaway Drive rental met all my needs for a 3-month stay with efficiency and ease. The 2 rooms are large and nicely furnished. The full kitchen is great. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the areas I like to go to in LHCity. The rental owner was very helpful in checking with me to assure all was going well throughout my stay. I’d recommend this rental to any individual or couple looking for a quiet, relaxing rental in LHCity.

3 nights in Lake Havavasau City

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Louis's suite. It is larger than it appears in the photos. We felt it was in a safe neighbourhood, a little removed but easy to find. Having the little patio was the best to enjoy a nightcap and stargaze. Thank you again Louis for sharing your home.
