Nyrenoverat, detta rymliga klassiska strandhus är som att bo på en husbåt som viken mot skott i norr och väster. Hemmet har fri utsikt över bukten från nästan alla rum och ligger i en lugn, privat miljö med parkering för 4 bilar. Huset har höjts så ingången är cirka 9 enkla steg upp till den första levande nivån. Med panoramautsikt från 2 generösa vardagsrum, trägolv och gott om bekväma sittplatser, har detta hem allt. På andra våningen finns ett vardagsrum med plattskärms-TV / DVD, stereo, matsal, badrum med badkar och två sovrum med 2 dubbelsängar i ett rum och 2 enkelsängar i det andra sovrummet. Det finns två bord, 8 stolar och bänk sittplatser på däck. Utsikten är fantastisk. Nedervåningen är ett familjerum med fotbollsplan, plattskärms-TV / DVD, badrum, tvättstuga, sovrum med en king size-säng och eget badrum och ett sovrum med 2 enkelsängar, en trevlig veranda med bekväma stolar med fantastisk utsikt och en lätt promenad till den privata bryggan. Trådlöst internet, kabel-TV, tyst ENDOKRIN luftkonditionering och en fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare slutföra paketet. Utanför är en stor sluten dusch med varmt / kallt vatten. Två stora däck, en av varje vardagsrum med utsikt över bukten är bra för uteservering, sola eller bara koppla av på nya utemöbler som du tittar på båtarna går förbi. Köket är fullt utrustat med mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, separat ismaskin, brödrost, mixer och kaffebryggare. Gå 3 kvarter till bevakad (fram till Labor Day), ren vit Ocean Beach eller krabba, fisk, kajak, bada, och paddla -board från din egen brygga. Dockan kan rymma en 16 fots båt men kontrollera med oss först. Hemmet läge är i Brant Beach Yacht Club-området tillåter barnen att rida sina cyklar och ger enkel åtkomst till den sekundära stranden vägen för promenader, cykling och jogging. Nya kommunala tennisbanor och Bay Beach ligger i närheten. Fyra strand märken ingår i hyran.

An all around great stay

Beautiful home with even better views. Constant communication with Kate, our host, on any help we needed or recommendations for things to do. Panoramic views of the bay while still feeling like we had privacy right on the water.

Amazing week (again)

Our second trip to this beautiful bayfront property once again gave us great memories and a wonderful time. Nice short walk to the beach, and you can’t beat the sunsets from the deck. Every room in the house was very clean. Kate is a great host and We look forward to future stays.

Beautiful bay views

Lovely property in great location. Two very nice decks. Kitchen is well equipped also. Short walk to beach, fishing and crabbing from dock. Highly recommended!

Great house on the bay

Like many of the reviews, this house is like staying on a houseboat with bay in front and one side of house. The sunset views are spectacular. The dock allowed for easy launch of my kayak and swimming in the bay.

Amazing Retreat

Amazing Retreat Cant beat the out door activates. If you like to crab, fish, swim in the bay, or just look for sunset’s this place has it all. The house was updated and clearly well maintained. Great outside shower and changing area.

Living in the house is like being on a clean, very comfortable big boat.The views are soectacular

It’s like having a comfortable family home on the bay. From early morning light at breakfast with a view of the bay to the spectacular sunsets sitting in one of the decks- we have the opportunity to be together or split up for privacy. We have had a multi generational cross family dinners as well as quiet little conversations in the house. Comfortable and clean and inviting is this house.

Amazing Bayfront Home

Our family had an amazing time at Kate's bayfront home. Upon checking in, we found everything clean and ready for us to unpack. The bedrooms and bathrooms appeared recently renovated. Bedrooms are on both floors. The second story dining room and living room gave amazing sunset views across the bay... and we even so the sunrise out the side deck each morning. The game room was a lot of fun, and the covered first story deck facing the bay provided nice afternoon relaxing times for our family. Instructions were clear and in key places for lights, fans, laundry, bathrooms, and other important places. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner. The house was a short walk to the beach and is located in a quiet neighborhood. We never had an issue with any of the neighbors. Overall a great home and great experience for our family.

Breathtaking Views & Great Landlord

The sunsets where breathtaking from both decks. There are enough roads, off of the main boulevard, to bike to your hearts content. The landlord is highly responsive and helpful. If you love the bay, this is the house! And if you love the beach, it is a surprisingly short walk.

Beach Heaven

We loved the two story house with decks on both levels and room to spread out when needed. Privacy when we needed it and big comfy spaces when wanted to be together inside or out. We think the neighborhood is very pretty. It feels like home to us now.

The best place ever!

Beautifully maintained and at the same time absolutely comfortable and welcoming 2 story, multi decked house with flat out stunning water views on two sides. Classy, lovely neighborhood with direct water access to the bay for sailing, kayaking, boarding. A short walk to the ocean with a not too wide and not in crowded beach. Our ten member family ( ages 75 to 15) loved the house ! The big table in front of the wall to wall window overlooking the bay was our family center where we played games ate breakfast and shared stories. The large living room adjoining the dining area has big comfy sofa and chairs and a wrap around the bay view. It’s really awesome at any time of day or night. The lower family room is comfortably appointed as are the bedrooms. The beds were really comfortable and the decorations appealing- simple , clean, comfy. The outdoor shower enclosure has a clothesline and provides privacy . So convenient! There was lots of hot water, lots of deck furniture, lots of space everywhere. The kitchen is small but has a window with a bay view and has all the cooking supplies need for family style cooking. Clean! Beautifully maintained. This house has the ambiance of a traditional family house at the beach that is dearly loved and professionally maintained for many years.

This property is probably one of the most unique on Long Beach island. Surrounded by water, and barely visible from the street, the lapping Bay right outside your window provides instant relaxation. The private dock is a big bonus.. Our family has been on Long Beach Island for generations and this home has wonderful memories. Our kids have crabbed, fished, water skied, kayaked and windsurfed and paddle boarded without ever leaving the property!
