Experience a pleasant and relaxing getaway in Joshua Tree at the Lazy Tree Retreat. Centrally located just 6 miles from the west entrance of the National Park, 3 miles from downtown Joshua Tree- Farmers Market and 3 miles from Yucca Valley shopping. The backyard borders the Mojave Land Trust with breathtaking views of the stars at night!

3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, full kitchen. 4 TVs-each bdrm and living room with Netflix and Amazon Prime on all TVs, Samsung plus in bdrm 1&2, and Sling in Living room and Master Bdrm. Combo-single cup Keurig or drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee for both. Outdoor BBQ, hammock tripod, spa, wood burning fire pit. Plenty of seating.

Wonderful stay near Joshua Tree

The house had everything we needed for our visit to Joshua Tree National Park. The entrance to the park was just a few minutes away, and the hot tub was waiting for us after a long day of hiking! Highly recommend a stay here.

Joshua tree hiking

We stayed 2 nights and hiked Joshua Tree. The house was excellent. Loved all of the small touches like the coffee and creamer and granola bars stocked for us. The house was exactly as listed and Stacy was great to work with. Although the weather was cold and windy we still enjoyed the spa and hammocks it was great!

Amazing!

Had everything you could need to feel at home along with the most comfortable beds! The location couldn’t be beat with the sweeping views right in the backyard. Host was very considerate and thoughtful with amenities and helpful tips to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Everything You Need for a Joshua Tree Adventure

We had a fantastic stay at this private home just minutes from the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. The house had everything we needed and more — with an excellent interior layout and an incredible backyard. After long days of hiking, the hot tub was the perfect way to relax and unwind. The home was fully stocked with all the amenities, and having grocery stores nearby made it easy to enjoy some home-cooked meals. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great Joshua Tree experience!

Perfect desert retreat

Our family of 4 enjoyed this house thoroughly. Communication and check-in were easy. Hammocks, hot tub, excellent location, comfortable beds and super clean. I definitely recommend this house.

A perfect stay

Perfect location, so clean, and all the amenities you need! Don’t look any further than this property. You will feel right at home with the well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. This whole property was arranged with such thoughtfulness, it goes above and beyond most other rentals. Hot tub and back yard space are also a big plus! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Joshua Tree.

Thought of everything

This beautifully kept and clean home was just what needed to balance the perfect location to Joshua Tree National Park and the relaxing downtime we needed in hammocks, hot tub, and comfy seating/reading. Communication with owner/host was perfect.

Great find in JT

Stacy's place is comfortable, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and has a lot of little touches that were very appreciated- lots of k cups and trail mix, cold water bottles in the fridge, white noise machine in the bedroom, hammocks out back. The location was very quiet and peaceful but only a couple minutes drive to town. We had a lovely stay and would be happy to wind up here again!

Best on our trip

We cant say enough good things about this home. If we could we would have given it 6 Stars. It exceeded our expectations and the listing is very accurate and actually better. The vibe in this home is fantastic. The owner has decorated, furnished and equipped well beyond most vacation homes we have rented in the past. It had everything we could possibly want and in great condition with lots of little extras that are not advertised. The location is spectacular, especially at night for star gazing. Plus it is a short drive to the west entrance of JTNP.It was the best place we stayed in on our trip through California. I would definitely recommend and will return again.

Wonderful house - can't wait to go back

I spent a long weekend here with my friend and our teenage sons. The house was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean, very well-organized and had the best-equipped kitchen I've ever seen with spices and olive oil and all the necessities. The location is just beautiful and we loved soaking in the hot tub and admiring the stars. The house was very convenient to Joshua Tree - the town and the national park. I will definitely be back.

We have high standards…

And Stacy’s vacation rental exceeded them all! This property is absolutely one of the best rentals and overall values I have experienced in over 20 years of staying in vacation rentals. It is clean, well appointed (without being cluttered and excessive), and the location is ideal (proximate to the west park entrance, but quiet and private). We have a new ‘go-to’ rental for our annual family J-tree trip! Don’t want to say too much or I’ll have a hard time getting my dates next year…lol!

Relaxing house under the stars

Clean home in a nice neighborhood. Hot tub was great after a day of exploring. Check in and out process was very easy. While a W&D would be a nice add, home was well suited for a couple. Would stay here again.

Lovely vacation spot

Property was in a great location to get to JTNP and it was lovely to watch the stars at night from the hot tub in the spacious backyard. It's a little hard to find the driveway at night when you first approach, but we found it okay. Hosts were quick to respond to a question about the lights and the kitchen has most utensils you could need.

Cozy home with all the amenities you need

The stay was amazing. The pictures do not do this place justice. The place was cute, clean and cozy. Everything was provided including towels for the jacuzzi, towels for showering, different types of coffee and tea, snacks, spices to cook, games, extra blankets, and much more. The backyard was big and had everything we were looking for (fire pit, hot tub, hammocks surrounded with fun lights). Very close to the park and the small town. Easy to check in and out and Stacy was quick to reply to my messages. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Property was perfect size for our small family. Very close drive to the national park entrance. Hosts were responsive and welcoming and even allowed us to check in a couple hours early. House and property was clean, all amenities as pictures and nice, new furnishings.

Wonderful Time

My friends and I had a wonderful Galentine’s stay, and Stacy was an incredible host. She is very quick to respond to any questions, has a helpful book of restaurants, things to do in the area, and explanation of check out process, and has a beautiful home. When we visit the area again, I am hoping her property is available to stay at!

The best accommodation we ever had

This house is way beyond the expectation. It was super clean when we came (it is really important for few of us). Also we got whatever we needed. From basics like tea and coffee to the cool facilities they have in the back yard. There is everything you need for a great vacation in the desert. In the back yard there are jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ, hammocks... We stayed all evening outside. Also you can stargazing pretty well. The views from the back yard are great and you can also watch the desert sunset and sun down very well. Also, it is really close to the town and to the park entrance. We had a really good experience in this place and we definitely recommend it.
