Spalling repairs are currently underway at Kona Makai, including unit 3102, which has been identified as having spalling damage. This will require excavation and structural reinforcement before repairs can begin. As a result, guests may experience intermittent construction noise, dust, and potential lanai access restrictions. Work is scheduled to take place Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

While timelines remain fluid pending further engineering assessment, we appreciate your patience and understanding as these important structural repairs are completed.
