Welcome to Fairway Oaks on the marshside grounds of the gated Omni Amelia Island Resort! This updated villa is tucked into a tranquil area on the south end of Amelia Island and right on the Oak Marsh Championship Golf Course. Come enjoy a relaxing retreat with family or friends and take in the natural surroundings while also being a short drive away from the resort's private beach access points.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property boasts beautiful views of the fairway from the main living space, cozy sunroom, master bedroom and outdoor patio. Easily enjoy the outdoors from the inside - perfect for cooler days!

From the second guests step through the entryway, the property's calming coastal decor and updated furnishings will invite them to rest and relax. Stay in for the night and enjoy cooking a meal in the open, modernized kitchen or take advantage of the gas grill provided in the front private courtyard for cooking outdoors. The kitchen is fabulously equipped so guests staying for a longer visit will have everything they need.

Perfect for a family with two kids, the property has a master bedroom with a king bed and full attached bathroom and a second bedroom offering two full beds. The second full bathroom is nicely renovated and accessible from the second bedroom or the hallway. There are TVs in the living room and in each bedroom. High-speed Wifi is provided for the modern traveller's convenience. There are also board games, a puzzle, and books for guest's entertainment.

Throughout the villa, guests will appreciate the owner's thoughtful touches — sleek, updated kitchen appliances, blackout curtains in the bedrooms to ensure deep sleep, customizable living and dining lighting, tile flooring throughout the main gathering spaces, luggage racks, lots of closet and dresser storage, hooks near the front door to easily hang towels, and beach supplies (including two beach chairs, a boogie board, and towels.) The small wine fridge is a great addition under the counter wrapping around from the kitchen!

The Fairway Oaks complex provides residents and guests two private pools to cool off in. The beautiful beach is only about a mile away (a short 3-minute car ride or 8-minute bike ride) and guests can use the resort's private boardwalks out to the seashore. Relax with your toes in the sand and listen to the ocean waves crashing!

Explore the many miles of walking trails within the gated Omni Amelia Island Resort. The restaurants, shops, and spa within the resort are a short drive away or guests can venture to the Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach, about 15 minutes north by car.

Our villa does consider dogs, and your furry companions will especially enjoy the resort's six miles of walking trails. Please note all dogs must be approved by management and there are size and breed restrictions. Guests must agree to certain terms and conditions, and a $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.

Please be advised this property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park is limited only to club members and their guests (unless booking lessons or clinics). We will gladly answer any questions about area activities and our amenities.

*Please note that Oak Marsh, the golf course that this property is adjacent to, completed major renovations in late 2024. According to the resort, the golf course is expected to reopen in May 2025.
