Great Mountain Getaway

we loved staying at this property - plenty of room for large families -kids loved the spiral staircase and the pool. This trip was our second stay in this condo. Love the location as it is close to Cranmore mountain and story land as well as Santa Village ( 50 minutes north ) . Owner stocks the kitchen well - plenty of utensils and dishes . Thank you for supplying board games too. We hope to rent again next summer, Thank you Tom !!

Fabulous Weekend

This location and property was a perfect spot for our girls weekend to North Conway. Thomas was wonderful to work with and the property was everything we needed for our group of 13. Whether you are looking for a place in the summer/fall to do all the touristy things, or a place in the winter/spring to be close to the mountains for some skiing, this is the place. I highly recommend!!!

Great Location

Great location, with size for the whole family. We did an extended family trip with as many as 13 folks staying at the property. Everyone was comfortable and really enjoyed the location being so close to everything in North Conway. Having the shops in walking distance (let alone a quick couple minute drive) made it great for necessities. The property itself was immaculate, and we really enjoyed our time there. Would gladly stay again with a large group!

Fantastic

For Christmas every year, we give our kids and Grands a trip. This year, we chose a semi close by place and this home was the perfect fit for all of us. It was very clean. The host was easy to deal with. Thank you!!

Fryburg Fair

The unit was very clean and supplies where plentiful. Not as many came as we were expecting. We had more than enough room. I would recommend this to anyone with a large family. will use this place again.

Our second time

Rented for our annual girl's weekend getaway. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Beds are comfortable and kitchen stocked with our needs. Unit is cutely decorated. Only critical things to say is you can't fill the dishwasher (we eat on paper so don't use) without the oven door being open and the landing going down to the lowest floor needs to be replaced. Has a soft spot on it same as last year. Owner/manager of the property very nice and informative on the use of everything.

Spacious and Accomodating

We stayed at Tom's place for a weekend getaway. Place was very clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed (blankets, fans, toilet paper, etc..). We were very happy with our stay.

Great House and Location

The property was clean, well kept, and communication was very easy. It fit our group including kids ages 5-11 perfectly. The screen porch was adorable and it was very centrally located to everything. Would highly recommend!

Family space

Perfect weekend

There was 15 of us adults and kids Tom’s house was perfect for us. We do an annual Saco trip and this was perfect. We are hoping to do it again next year. We all had a great weekend from the weather to the house accommodations everything was perfect. Thanks so much 😊

Big family vacation

Loved the overall diversity inside off the house, together but not on top off each other. The air conditioner in the living room had trouble keeping up, so it was very warm inside the house. Had a problem with the kitchen sink trap leaking my husband and son fixed, but it needs attention. The pool is down the road a bit and not privately owned in the back of the house. Loved the privacy, seclusion but still close by for shopping and site visits
