Presenting "Songbird Santa Fe" ...a thoughtfully designed private residence, built to capture the stunning views of Sedona's Coffee Pot Rock and Chimney Rock.

A preferred location in West Sedona that is walking distance to the Sugar Loaf trailhead and a minute away from the main drag on route AZ-89.

Fine restaurants, art galleries, jeep rentals and designer thrift stores, with easy parking.

Hot Tub Usage Guidelines:

We want you to have a fantastic stay, and that includes enjoying our hot tub. For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

Supervision:

Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.

Temperature:

The hot tub temperature is set at 103. Please do not attempt to adjust it.

Health Considerations:

Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.

Shower Before Use:

Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.

No Glassware:

For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.

Cover Usage:

When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency.

Liability:

If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present. Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur.

Loved, love this home!

This home is in a great location, convenient to all the hikes and restaurants. We loved the layout, it was well stocked, nicely done all around. The hot tub and front patio were amazing. The host was responsive and answered my call when I asked to check in a little early! Highly recommend!

Sedona in January

Perfect VRBO for up to 4 couples. Great location only a few minutes to downtown area and hiking trails in multiple directions. The host responded promptly to our questions. We will stay again when we return.

Amazing location, views and home!

We really enjoyed everything about the house. It is a very beautiful home, very clean, amazing views. We really enjoyed the spa and fire pit and patio. It was really close to everything we enjoyed doing and seeing in Sedona

Family time

What an excellent time we had in Sedona! The rental was perfect in location, size, amenities and price. We had everything we needed (even a salad spinner!) and then some. I highly recommend this rental and would rent again.

Wonderful stay!

The house is amazing and beautiful. Went for a girls weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed the location for it's proximity to restaurants and hiking. The hot tub was used nightly after long days of hiking. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone.

Sedona girls trip

The property was well stocked and worked well for our girls trip. The location was good for all the places we wanted to visit. The front patio has some nice views but I expected it to be a little more isolated. It’s right in the middle of a neighborhood of old, (a little run down) houses and nice homes too. Overall we had a great experiences at this home. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

The perfect place to stay in Sedona!

Everything about this home is perfect. The view, amenities, and location are amazing. Check in and check out was easy and uncomplicated. There are so many "extras" that made our stay better than most ---- robes, blankets, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, spices and so much more. You can't ask for a better location.

Thanksgiving with family

We could not have been more pleased with our thanksgiving holiday at the Songbird Santa Fe. The property is very well maintained and stocked. The outdoor setting offers beautiful red rock views and the location is close to town but far enough away to enjoy your privacy. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.!

Perfect Location with Many Amenities

We had a delightful stay and will definitely return. The front courtyard was beautiful and well maintained with many spaces for privacy. The pantry had many items that made our visit very easy. We selected this property based on the location and accessibility to hiking trails, and it did not disappoint. We used the jacuzzi every night - and enjoyed seeing the stars. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access 89A.

Everything was perfect You couldn’t look for anything better . Everything you need plus some items. The accommodation were wonderful. House was FULLY equipped We would stay here anytime. The next place we rent will have to be really good to compare to this rental Spacious clean well equipped

Expected a nice place and was not disappointed

I planned this stay so my kids and grandkids could visit Sedona for the first time. This is my third trip to Sedona. I love to hike and it was just awesome to have a great hiking trail so close. Having lots of supplies here was super convenient. The guest book was very helpful. In spite of the heat we enjoyed the hot tub. The grand kids were happy playing here. It was a really nice stay.

Girls trip 2023

This was our second year staying here for our girls hiking trip. We LOVED it! The kitchen was perfect for preparing our morning and evening meals! Very well stocked! The big table was perfect for games at night! The hot tub was a welcome sight after our long days of hiking and the fire pit was warm and relaxing! Location is close to anything you need including trailheads! Can’t say enough good things about our stay!
