Detta unika hem som fästs på pilar mot en kulle med utsikt över stranden i centrala Lincoln City kommer att wow dig med sin exceptionella, hisnande utsikt över havet och hustaken. Från det stora rummet överst i huset kan du sitta på fönstret som sträcker sig över västväggen och blickar genom kikaren som erbjuds på surfare, strandgäster, valar och Lincoln City Kite Festival vid D-River Wayside, bara några kvarter bort. Rustik träddammsinredning och inredning påminner dig om att du ser världen från trädens högsta höjd; smarta detaljer som riktiga porthål för fönster i de två våningarna i badrummet och en flod av strandsten under glas i matbordet kommer att glädja dina vänner och familj. Ett loft som endast kan nås med stege kommer att spänna barnen, särskilt eftersom de kan se söderut längs stranden från sina egna privata fönster. Det finns även ett litet däck så att du kan njuta av havsbrisen och solnedgången från din höghögda abborre.

Nedre våningen, är en drottning sovrum sviten har eget däck, ett bad med clawfoot badkar, TV och vacker utsikt över Stilla havet horisonten. Två mer söta drottning sovrum har TV och charmig inredning. Det finns en extra bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet, med läder soffor, platt-TV / Blu-Ray DVD-spelare. Det öppna köket låter alla hålla kontakten, och matbordet sitter sex med ytterligare två platser på köksbaren. Du är ett litet par kvarter till miles av sandstrand och Kyllos Seafood & Grill när du bestämmer dig för att komma tillbaka till jorden och njuta av kusten! Very beautiful property. Was told there are 3 parking spots when there is barely 2. I parked a Excursion and a Accord and needed to move each before anyone could get in, or even un-pack/ pack. There are about 62 stairs to get to the front door. I probably would have picked something different due to having 2 knee surgeries previously. Some of the steps are slanted/ a little crooked. Windows are screwed down due to potential fall hazard ( I get it but still a bummer ) Resistive heaters, no cooling. My wife twisted her ankle pretty bad. Everything else is incredible and would highly recommend for anyone who has no lower extremity issues. Property management is amazing.

Beautiful views with a workout

The 62 stairs into the house are no joke! But by the end of our 3 night stay, we all felt it got easier. The driveway is a little tricky to park 2 SUVs but we figured it out. The kids loved the loft views and played a few of the games there. The kitchen had the utensils and cookware needed for meals. The beds were comfortable and showers were warm. The house stayed warm and cozy even when the rain storm hit. It really feels like we were above the trees! We would definitely stay again if the price is right.

Great place, stairs are crazy!

Great stay other than not being able to get the outlets to work in the bathrooms and the house was very clean but wreaked of fish as though someone had cooked fish in it just before we got there. The stairs are a killer but the cardio was good for us! The house constantly sways and moves which was a little creepy!

We loved the property! The views were incredible, and such easy beach access. We all had plenty of space and can't say enough good things about this property. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Nice beach house lot's of stairs.

We arrived at the house and the key code didn't work to get in the house. Had to call off site to get a new code. The living room furniture was not what was shown in pictures and very uncomfortable. The bedrooms did have comfortabl beds, house itself was beautiful with a great view.

Beautiful views

Walking distance to the beach, the house was centrally located. Very clean, equipped with everything we needed. The only downside is the stairs. I do not recommend for anyone who will have a hard time climbing stairs.

Excellently done

Overall a lovely stay just a stone's throw from the beach. The children loved the loft area! The access code didn't work but they were quick to solve this with access to keys on the property. A beautiful property with plenty of games to play. Unfortunately the kids and their ages didn't allow for it. Overall, greatly appreciate the location and proximity to a supermarket and the beach

Staying at the beach treehouse is truly a unique experience. It provided plenty of space to relax and take in all the views of God’s amazing creation. We are so thankful for the opportunity to spend a little time at this wonderful house as a family.

This property had an excellent view of the ocean just like described. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, plates, etc. for us to cook for 7 people. Good selection of games too to entertain ourselves. Overall, an amazing stay!

Very nice property. Great view, well kept. I only wish the windows were cleaner because they were obstructing the view a little, but with the property’s location and design it is understandably hard to do so.

Awesome views, great stay!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the treehouse. Everthing was as expected from the posting. Lots of stairs but the view of the ocean and sunset was well worth the climb. (Tip) Dont pack heavy luggage! Close to the beach and costal attractions. Our family had a great time and we would definitely return!

Breathtaking daily ocean views

Staying in this house allowed us to have views and the sound of the ocean, even when we weren’t on the beach! The house had everything we needed for cooking, playing games and just hanging out. Would recommend it!

Amazing location & views

Gorgeous views - worth the 62 steps. Quick walk to beach, house easily accommodated 8 of us, new, comfy sofa bed in LR. Very roomy LR/DR area to hang out & enjoy the view. No blackout curtains in the BRs, so you may want eye masks if you are sensitive to morning light.

Amazing view treehouse

Lovely amazing property, very fun space. Loved all the bathrooms and the view. Just a note… Some kind of black out blinds would make sleeping here much more comfortable. Lights from the hotel below and the neighbors shine straight in and the blinds you have are almost transparent.
