Great location

Studio was nice although one set of guests in upstairs apartment very very loud with stomping children. Fortunately they were not there our whole stay and next guests were fine.

Clean, had no ice, no spatula , not enough towels. Loved the privacy, the apartment was adorable and a 1 minute walk to beautiful Lido beach.

Lovely stay at Lido Key

Great location right across the street from Lido Beach and half a mile from shopping and restaurants at St Arnaud Circle. Had everything we needed including nice chairs for the beach. The furniture and appliances are all somewhat dated. Mattress was okay, but sinking in the middle. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment in superb location

The apartment is spacious ,well equipped and in a great location opposite the beach and walking distance to shops and bars at St Armands Circle . Only suggested improvements would be a better bed and some garden furniture to sit out in the garden

Short but sweet

I had a few snafus but it doesn't change my review. The studio was just as described, clean, cozy and clean. You can definitely hear those staying above you however if it wasn't for the rain, I likely wouldn't have been inside to hear it. The place is a bit isolated but if you have transportation, the circle is quite close for food and shopping. The beach itself was powdery white and soft and the gulf was gorgeous. Literally a hop, skip and jump away.

Great location and cozy

Very clean! Comfortable and cozy. The only reason I gave it a 4 star overall review is because of the noise. Unfortunately the lower unit is right under the main house. You can hear every footstep from the above unit. I am a very light sleeper, my spouse was not bothered at all. I would stay again for sure.

Romantic weekend get away

Location was great walking distance to beach. We had to reach out 3 x over 1 month span to get Property Mgr Katia to return our request to verify if after Hurricane Ian, our reservation was still available & if we could have early check in, poor communication. Shower had gross glob of hair on drain & floors were sandy, not sure what cleaning fee covered. Bed was small & felt like I was on a boat every time spouse moved. Not our best rental experience. We did appreciate the welcome bottle of wine, chips & salsa, it was a nice touch. We give 3 out of 5 stars.

Great location and nice washer and dryer

It was a great location. We were able to check in early. Unfortunately, after that when we reached out to the guest manager as directed by the contract with any issues we never heard from them again. The comforter had stains all over it. We found another comforter in the closet and thankfully we could wash it to ensure have a clean comforter. In the morning we used kitchen sink and noticed there was water on floor. Open cabinet under sink to find a leaking and moldy pipe. Took a picture and sent to guest manager. Did not hear back from them on either issue. We tried to use the sink minimal so we didn’t have to keep cleaning up.Bed and pillows are not the most comfortable, but not the worst we have slept on. The location is PERFECT to beach and the circle.

Cozy and Relaxing

This is our second time visiting this unit. We noticed some improvements in the kitchen. Sadly the bed hasn’t been replaced and the ice maker was removed. Fortunately we brought ice and we used the two trays in the freezer. We made it work. The bed has decent linens but the mattress needs to go and would be great if it was bigger. The unit above us was occupied during this stay and boy, you can hear every step. Fortunately, the noise was kept to a minimal. What we love about this studio is how conveniently located is to the “Circle” and the beach. The unit has good amenities that work well with us. I think is lovely to walk into the studio and be welcome with a bottle or wine, chips and Salsa. Such sweet touch. We had a great time. Until our next visit. Thank you.

Wonderful Place! So close to the beach, and St. Armands Circle!

Beautiful place, perfect for two people! Enjoyed the wine, chips & salsa and cheese that was left for us! Made us feel so special. We were sad there wasn’t a pen to write in the guest book so we could leave our review for the next people. Extremely close to the beach, most definitely walking distance as it’s right across the street. Beautiful outdoor screened in porch, secluded and nice. Perfect studio again for 2 people! If you don’t mind sharing a room with others, if someone had a blow up mattress - would be perfect for people with kids as well or another couple. Super close to restaurants. Also - very close to Lido Key Beach Resort which is open to the public for food and drinks at their tiki bar. This place really felt special! We always stay at Anna Maria Island but decided to venture out and come further down and we will definitely be back! Already looking at availability for later dates in the year. All around a 10/10. Also, chairs are available to bring out on the beach and provided along with coolers and umbrellas. Super convenient if you fly and can’t bring those types of items along with you!

Reasoning

There were missing light bulbs in the living room area. There were only two wash clothes in the bathroom. In the kitchen area there were no dish towels towels. Not sure if what was in the refrigerator was for us (11 cans of beer & 2 containers of yogurt) or left by prior user. What we did not use was left. There was no automatic lighting when you get to the front door. We had to use light from a cell phone to obtain the entry key. Our overall evaluation would be average .

Great location and great hosts.

The location is right across from Lido Beach. Very quiet neighborhood and no issues about safety. Kitchen has everything you need. There are towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs for use. You are a 7-10 minute walk from St Armand Circle. The place is very clean. We had a great time and would definitely come back again.

Perfect location and welcoming host

This unit is perfectly located across the street from one of the best beaches in the US. The unit is cozy and has everything you need for a getaway. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, ships and salsa. It is a short walk to St. Armand's where there is a variety of restaurants that will most definitively enhance the overall experience. If you live in Florida, this is the perfect staycation location. We made reservations ahead of time to our favorite restaurants and it was absolutely perfect. No waiting, no uncertainty about where go for dinner. We cooked breakfast every morning, sat outside and enjoyed it with our cup of coffee. You will need to bring your own condiments which I feel is perfect. tips: bring condiments, and own toiletries as we gals need more shampoo and conditioner. LOL.. I brought my own Spanish aluminum expresso maker, and it was heavenly. Bring groceries as the nearest Publix is not that closed and a bit of a headache to get to once you are settled in. We brought breakfast items, drinks and snacks for the beach and it took care of us for the entire stay. The host was kind to have a bag of ice ready for us and once we turned on the ice maker we were good for the entire stay. I can't wait to return with my family as we have been talking on and on about what an amazing time we had. Thank you so much!!!!
