Detta stuga-stil ligger i ett mycket lugnt område och en kort promenad till centrum av St. Helena. Året runt klimatet är underbart och perfekt för att dricka vin på verandan eller i avskildheten i trädgården där det finns en gaseldstad, kolgrill och stor matplats.

Det finns två sovrum med en drottningssäng i vardera och franska dörrar som leder ut till den privata fridfulla trädgården. Sängarna är av hög kvalitet med avancerade sängkläder, dunkuddar och dynor. Ett sovrum har franska antikviteter och en HD-platt-TV som erbjuder direkt-TV, Netflix och Amazon Prime. Den andra har amerikanska antikviteter och en vacker järnbädd. Huset är utrustat med ett direktvattensystem. Det ena är ett ¾ bad och det andra har ett stort badkar och dubbla duschhuvuden. Det finns också ett fullt utrustat kontor.

Hemmet är extremt bekvämt och smakfullt inredda med uppmärksamhet på detaljer. Det finns orientaliska mattor i hela huset på trägolv och konst från U. S.A., Spanien, Ryssland, Italien och andra länder. Vardagsrummet har en HD-platt-TV, direkt-TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.). Det finns välvda tak i köket och vardagsrummet.

Landsbygden är designad för en gourmetkock med en 36-tums Wolf-serie med grillpanna, Viking-kylskåp, vinkylare och slaktblockö. Det är välutrustat med små köksapparater, kopparkrukor och kastruller och ett överflöd av bestick, glas och disk. Till hands är alla nödvändigheter att laga mat inklusive olja, vinäger, salt, peppar och ett urval av kryddor utöver mjöl, socker och allt bakning behov.

Det finns ett musiksystem på kontoret med högkvalitativa högtalare i huvudhuset och en mängd olika CD-skivor. Det finns en adapter för din mobila enhet och WiFi ingår.

First Napa Visit

This property was perfect for giving us the full first Napa Valley experience. It was cozy and quaint, and was close to so many places in and around St. Helena. I would highly recommend this to any visitor, new or seasoned.

Excellent house

The house was just right for two couples. Got to enjoys the grill , fire pit and lounge furniture. The house interior was great. Old world furnishings, warm and charming.

Quick getaway for the harvest season

The house was very homey and comfortable . Love the decor with the antiques . Felt like I was at my own home . Would Definately stay there again . Wish it had more bedrooms so my whole family capfuls come and stay with me .

I rarely write a review but Sandra is wonderful to work with and her home is lovely, I felt I needed to. I would highly recommend her home for people looking to stay in the St. Helena area. The home is immaculate and in a perfect location. If you want to cook at home, there is everything you could want including a Wolf Oven/Range. We have been to Napa close to a dozen times and St. Helena is always our favorite area.

Wine Country Gem

This was a really sweet bungalow; it was very clean, nicely appointed with unique artwork and can't beat the location. We enjoyed the 10 minute or so walk to Main Street and all of the shops and restaurants (be sure to visit Goose & Gander). We really enjoyed the fire pit and the entire backyard is just lovely. Bedrooms are both spacious; one of the mattresses was pretty lumpy (dips on each side) but other than that, overall a really lovely place to stay.

St. Helena Gem

We had a wonderful time at the "St. Helena Home". The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was a cook's dream. We walked in and it felt like "home". The bed in the master bed room was great. Loved the art work. We would definitely come back for another stay. Wilbur the Cat was a joy. He kept me company while my wife was attending the Culinary Institute.

Beautiful home with lots of amenities and close to downtown.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. The artwork was outstanding! The home was very welcoming and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable! One of the things we liked best was the outdoor space! It was beautifully landscaped and it had many seating areas. The hot tub was awesome! We were so close to downtown St. Helena, we walked there every day to get coffee and enjoy the wonderful cafes and coffee shops. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly to anyone visiting the area! Sandra was so kind and readily available!

Charming, well appointed home.

We will be back. We loved everything about this darling home. We felt lucky to stay there. The owners were so great to deal with, helpful and very responsive. And then there was Wilbur the cat. Love at first sight. He was our special pal during our stay. Thank you.

Cannot Wait to Stay Again!!

Wow! We love our visits to Napa with our friends, and this home full of warmth, made this trip SO much better! The layout was wonderful. The art was fantastic. So much art. Everywhere. Every space was perfect inside and outside. From the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the jacuzzi, to the fire pit, to the sitting areas on the front deck/porch and yard/patio in the back/side. Anything you could ever need was stocked in the kitchen - plus more! And there were extras of everything - towels, dishes, spices, pillows, etc...! Thank you so much, Sandra! We are so happy that your home became available for us! Oh -- the fresh flowers picked from the garden that were waiting inside upon our arrival were simply beautiful. And, I already found and ordered that cute little cast iron frog toilet paper holder for my Mom for Christmas!! We loved our stay so much, and "Cannot Wait to Stay Again!!"

Cozy Get-A-Way

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home. It was walking distance from the main street of St. Helena, and walking distance to the Friday morning market. The neighborhood was really nice too for early morning walks. We also loved the visits from Wilbur the resident cat as well as his little friend (a black cat from the neighbor's yard). This home was stocked with cleaning/laundry supplies too which was really helpful! Cute, comfortable, great location, awesome kitchen...what more could you ask for!? We will definitely be using this home again on our next trip to the Napa area.

Great St. Helena Location!

We visit the Napa wine country every year with another couple and this was our first time staying in St. Helena. What a lovely and comfortable cottage! Perfect kitchen for our breakfasts each morning before we headed out to visit new wineries and well stocked with everything we needed to make dinners most evenings and enjoy a glass of new wine! The walk to downtown is a bit longer that expected but it is doable if you have guest who feel so inclined. Would recommend this for one or two couples or a weekend getaway with girlfriends! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Repeat visit for a reason

This was our third visit to this property. We so enjoy coming to Saint Helena and staying here. Sandra is a great host always getting right back if there are any problems. Not that there is any. The house is centrally located walking distance to downtown. Neighborhood is super quiet. As a guest we respected that as well. Great backyard for just sitting enjoying a bottle of wine or using the backyard cookout. Kitchen is well equipped, house is very clean. We visited five wineries and played three rounds of golf. Never traveled over half an hour.

Beautiful St. Helena Home

Our son recently was married at the Beringer Winery. My husband and another couple stayed at the Carrs’ beautiful cottage for 4 days. This is a well appointed home with great aesthetics— an eclectic art collection, lovely furnishings, up to the minute technology, and gorgeous outdoor living spaces. We enjoyed the outdoor patio areas and recently installed hot tub. Although we didn’t have time to use it, the back garden area also includes a gas fire pit. Communication with our host, Sandra, was prompt and helpful. The location was perfect for us as it is a short drive to the winery and shopping. We had most meals out, but appreciated the well stocked kitchen. If you are looking for a quiet, beautifully curated home, you will be delighted with this vacation rental.

Delightful

What a great home to stay in while visiting the Napa area! It was even better than in the pictures. Easy walking and driving distance to food and wine experiences. A magical backyard set up to hang out and enjoy time together or to just sit back and relax. We can’t wait to stay here again!!

St. Helena Getaway

The house and grounds were absolutely perfect. Extremely comfortable, quiet, private, and everything we needed to cook/grill some outstanding dinners after wine tasting at the many wineries. The house was perfectly located to allow walking to the downtown bakery, shops, and restaurants and short drives to some of the best wineries around. There’s no question we will stay here again the next time we come to Napa.

What a fabulous cottage!

We could not have been more pleased with this beautiful cottage. Both indoors and the back yard were comfortable and inviting. We spent our first night grilling steaks and then enjoying wine around the fire pit. And the location was so convenient to town. We will definitely return.

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding which was nearby. The home is welcoming and comfortable. It clearly feels like a home. It is easy to walk to St Helena. We loved our stay very much.

Fantastic long weekend

What a great house. Everything was just perfect. The kitchen is equipped with anything and everything and all the fresh herbs in the yard were really great to have as we love to cook. Such a great location for a wine tasting long weekend. Highly recommend this home

We have stayed in Napa many times but my husband and I were overjoyed with this property. Close to everything and just so nice and peaceful. The owner was great to work with and the house was well appointed and very comfortable. We plan to come back soon !
