Discover the gourmet kitchen with two ovens and a wine fridge, the main bath's unique deep soaking tub, and the outdoor living space with a built-in grill and a screened deck. This spacious home has three levels of living space so everyone can spread out. Getting a good night's rest is assured at Blue Iris Retreat with the sound of the rushing river to lull you to sleep. Enjoy easy access to the main bedroom suite, or two bedrooms on the upper level. The lower level is a dream come true for kids of all ages with a huge rec room with ping pong and foosball tables, plus a bunk room with enough built-in twin beds for the whole troop. Year-round river access is a delight for those who like to discover! It's just steps down to enter the cool water for fishing, swimming, kayaking, and tubing. Important Property Note
• VIP: Please be aware that you must complete a liability waiver to stay at this property. If this form is not completed within 24 hours of the Vacation Rental Addendum being signed, your reservation shall be canceled, thank you.
• 4WD/AWD Required in Winter: During the winter months (Nov. 1st - Mar 31st) and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is required to access this property. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended.
• Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended. During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the indoor fireplace, you'll need to bring firewood with you.


This Is a Pet-Friendly Property -- Please Read this Important Information!
We love our furry friends! If you'll be bringing your dog(s) with you, use the "Personal Message" box when making your reservation to tell us how many (max. 2 dogs) and their weight.
• There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog (plus taxes) 2 dogs max.
• Note that the pet fee will not be included in your total rental amount. Your payment is due directly to Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals.
• A Vacation Coordinator from Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals will contact you within 72 hours of acceptance of your booking to collect the pet fee.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
• The pet policies for this vacation rental, which can be found on the last page of your rental agreement, should be reviewed PRIOR TO BOOKING.
