Helt ny ombyggnad & möbler !!! Nytt kök, bad och alla nya möbler och madrasser.

Hör vågorna i detta fritidshus i Aptos tvärs över gatan från grannstrandens ingång till stränderna Seacliff och Pot Belly. Gå ner på en mycket bilder Beachgate-stig eller, om du har för många saker på stranden, kör 0. 2 mil och använd det förutsatta California State Park pass för gratis tillgång och parkering.

2 sovrum, 1. 5 badrum - 6 bäddar, med Kalifornien king size-säng, queen size-säng och en utdragbar bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Nytt kök med granitbänk, ombyggda badrum och en varm utomhusdusch.

Köket är fullt utrustat och huset inkluderar tvättmaskin och torktumlare, en utomhus varmvattendusch, kabel-TV, WiFi, DVD-spelare, stereo med CD-spelare och massor av spel.

Ta bara med din baddräkt. Allt annat tillhandahålls: sängkläder, badlakan, stolar, paraply och leksaker.

CasaMareAptos är en duplex. Övervåningen lägenhet hyrs aldrig ut; det är vårt andra hem och vi, ett pensionerat par, använder det på helgerna.

Husets arkitektur ger total integritet; med gäster som har en exklusiv användning av bottenvåningen, inhägnad (8 '- 10') rygg / sidogård, utomhusdusch, BBQ och 2 bil uppfart. Endast trädgården delas med ägarna. Det finns praktiskt taget ingen gatuparkering. Uthyrningen har två parkeringsplatser i uppfarten.

- 2 medlemmar gäster passerar till Monterey Bay Aquarium. Spara tid genom att hoppa över en lång rad och använda medlemsingången!

Seacliff Beach är en av de vackraste stränderna i området. Den är bred, 19+ mil lång, och i lågvatten kan du gå 1. 5 km till Capitola. Tillbringa lugna vardagar simning, boogie boarding och surfing med bara delfiner, valar, sälar och strandfåglar för att hålla dig sällskap.

Detta är ett utmärkt läge för att besöka Monterrey, Carmel, Capitola, Santa Cruz, 17 Mile Drive eller bara koppla av på stranden.

Great stay in Aptos!

We had a great week in Aptos. Marina and Sasha were the best hosts. The house had the best location and the walk to the beach is so beautiful. It was also so nice to have access to the aquarium and state parks passes too!

Super clean and has everything you need. We had a little time figuring out how to arrange for three different people to use their own things in the very small shower, but once we got set up it was good. We could have stayed more than 5 days! Next time…..

Getaway long weekend

Location was fantastic. Truly just a 4-min walk from the beach, with nearby Santa Cruz and all the hoopla that goes with it, including great restaurants. Our favorite was going to Seacliff beach and sitting near the water's edge, snuggled up in blankets to fend off the chill in the air, while enjoying the warmth of the beating sun and sound of perpetual crashing waves.

Family with toddler beach vacation

Beautiful outside garden, with wonderful smelling many flowered Jasmine. Very peaceful to grill and eat outside. The house is clean and well equipped. Lots of beach toys for our little one to take to the beach. A stepped garden path is a fairly quick walk to the beach below. The owners are very nice and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Would stay again!

Great stay for the 2nd time, highly recommended!

We stayed here again after a great stay last year. This property is clean, super close to the beach, and affordable for families. The owners Marina and Sasha are wonderful and communication was simple. We would highly recommend this rental. We’ll be back next year!

Great time for family

My husband and 2 children (18 & 23) had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a beautiful beach and shops and restaurants. We would recommend and stay here again!

The owners welcomed us as soon as we drove up! So friendly, and thoughtful with the way the home has everything you need and more! The Park Pass was great, and being so close to the beach gate is awesome! We really enjoyed getting to stay at this home.

Great beach holiday

Great spot, clean, very close to the beach!

We had a great time here. Good communication and the house was clean. No issues at all. We loved how close the beach gate path was and makes getting to the beach super quick. Would highly recommend, we look forward to staying here again!

A Gem!

Perfectly located, clean, upgraded downstairs unit right above Seacliff Beach. Hosts very accommodating with several surprises inside the home. Easy walk to the beach, great Mexican food, ice cream and more. Easy access to either Santa Cruz or Monterey areas made even better with the beach and aquarium passes provided by the hosts. We can’t wait to come back

Great location and cute home with personality

The hosts are wonderful and have thought of all needs during your stay. We were amazed how easy it was to get comfortable in this home. Within walking distance, you have a few bars, restaurants and ice cream. Seacliff State Beach is within walking distance, and the owners have provided a State Park annual pass, along with Monterey Bay Aquarium tickets. Both provide great options for daytime outings! We will definitely be back. We loved Aptos and this home.

Both being scientist, we used a scientific approach, the Radar app, in selecting the warmest, least foggy beach community. We were surprised to discover that often there is a 15 to 20 degrees difference with in less than 10 miles.
We chose our home because of proximity to the beach and it’s unique architecture.

For the past 30+ years we have rented over 100 places all over US and Europe and have used this experience in setting up our home. We furnished it with all the things that we’ve enjoyed and appreciated: tourist information, guide books, lots of books and games for adults and kids, cooks kitchen, extra towels and linens, and of course everything one would need for the beach, even kites. Many guests comment on our location and how well-equipped our home is.
