Två våningar hus med två sovrum och en och en halv bad, sover fyra bekvämt (en Aerobed finns).

Detta är det perfekta huset för en havsresa. Detta nyrenoverade hem ligger bara några steg från stranden och har en promenaddäck med havsutsikt från "verandan". Välj din avkoppling - sitta och smutta på däcken medan du tittar på aktiviteten på en av Santa Cruz-områdets favoritstränder, eller samla strandstolarna (medföljer) och barnen för att njuta av att vara ute i denna vackra, långa, breda, vackra miljö där havet möter landet!

På övervåningen är vardagsrummet med ett främre rum, kök, maträknare och ett halvt badrum. Nedervåningen finns det två sovrum och ett badrum. Hela huset har renoverats med bänkskivor i granitkök och badrum, nya köksapparater, skåp och bekvämligheter. Mycket rena och bekväma. Precis rätt storlek, inte för stor, inte för liten!

Picknickbord på däck tillsammans med en gasgrill. Sovrummet har en queen-size säng, den andra har en våningssäng med en dubbla i botten och två på toppen. Kabel-platt-TV, Blu-Ray DVD, gratis WiFi. Dusch ute i carporten för att få ut sanden!

Loved this place!

We had a great 5 day stay visiting our son. The property is very clean and close to the beach! We particularly enjoyed the gas fireplace in the cozy living room and the well stocked kitchen for preparing meals! The property is also conveniently located to Aptos Village. We hope to stay again!

Relaxing Getaway!

My husband and I spent five nights here. Our only disappointment was leaving. It was such a wonderful, relaxing stay. The house could easily accommodate it few more people. Very clean and will stocked. The location was perfect - close to the beach with a lovely view We hope to stay again!

Charming home and great location!

Such a charming home! It was perfect for just the two of us but could easily accommodate another couple as it has two bedrooms. Great location with a view of the beach from the deck. From hiking to dinner in Carmel, everything one could want to do was an easy drive or short walk away. Bonus on our last evening in that from the deck, we watched a firework show from Santa Cruz!

This house worked very well for our family of 4 with kids ages 5 and 7. Easy walking distance to the beach plus delicious coffee and treats just around the corner at the Venus Pie Trap (with gf pie options)

This house and its location was absolutely perfect! Very clean and well stocked. Amazing decks that were so fun to hang out on. The host was wonderful to coordinate with! We hope to return one day.

Great trip

Really enjoyed this spot! Morning coffee and afternoon wine on the top deck was great. Being able to walk to Venus for dinners. Really fantastic spot! Only minor piece of feedback would be that the mattresses are not very comfortable, but in the grand scheme of things, very minor detail that didn’t have a big impact on the trip!

Lovely as always

We've stayed at this property a few times, and always enjoy coming back. The house is clean, well-appointed, and comfortable all around. Location is also great - beach is just a few minutes walk away, easy drive to local attractions (Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Carmel, Monterey, etc). Owner is also very thoughtful and responsive. Fun and comfortable!

It was a great experience for the whole family and convenient being walking distance to the beach and a perfect kitchen space and outdoor grill to save costs on meals. The house has a view of the ocean from the front deck and provides a very cozy space after adventures to Monterey and Santa Cruz. Great for a family or a couple! I recommend this VRBO and we will definitely be staying here again!

Love this place!

Our 3rd time staying here, and it was our best yet. Weather was amazing, so we were able to take full advantage of the 3 minute walk to the beach (really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella!). This property really has everything you need - super clean, comfortable, and just feels like a wonderful oasis for relaxation the moment you walk in. The owner was accommodating and thoughtful, as usual. We really do love this place!

Clean & cozy beach house

We spent 4 days at this property while visiting the area and we would recommend it to other families. Our family of 3 had the place to ourselves with more than enough space to stretch out and relax. The house was very clean and well furnished, and had the kitchen supplies we needed to prepare meals while we were there. The proximity to the beach was great - about a 5 min walk - so we spent a good portion of each day by the water. The rental process was simple and access to the home was very convenient. Thank you to hosts Cricket and Mike for a very pleasant stay.
