Pelican Pointe offers plenty of amenities to enjoy including; an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling area, outdoor shower, indoor hot tub and fantastic boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Location is great as well, close to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in unit or on balcony
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased at the guard shack for $50 (price subject to change, limit 2 per condo). It is a one-time fee that is valid through your entire stay.

Great views!

The condo lacked some updates. Broken tiles, sliding door in master bedroom was not sliding, and master bathroom sink had some cosmetic issues to list a few. Great location and accommodations on site. Second floor allowed for noise levels to be louder from the main floor. Would book again. All bedrooms had balcony access. Loved the layout and balcony furniture.

Birthday girls trip

Condo had an awesome view so we spent a lot of time on the deck looking and listening to the Gulf. Some of the furniture could use some updating. MB king size bed is very noisy. A couple items to add to the kitchen like pizza cutter, scissors, salt and pepper. We did have an issue with the air conditioner and they came out right away. Be prepared to pay for parking 50 for the week.

Five Star Fifty and Fabulous Trip!

We had a wonderful stay. A group of 8 women, childhood friends, celebrating our 50th year! This space provided everything we needed, EXCELLENT location with FABULOUS views feom every room!

Surprised relaxed

Peaceful. Not as crowded as other places. Plenty of things for kids and relaxing for adults. Food in a sounding area was pricey but quality was good.

Nice vacation

Property was ina great location. Security was really nice and visible. Felt very safe for my family. Unit was clean but a little worn but definitely stay here again. No Trouble at all during our stay.

Great break in Orange Beach

Very nice condo with great location and beautiful on beach venue. Loved listeing to waves while enjoying, on balcony, coffee in morning and wine in afternoon/evening. Easy access to restaurants, groceries and shopping. Will be back!!!

Beautiful, serene condo

The balcony is amazing! Having a corner unit gives a phenomenal view. All bedrooms access the balcony, which is great. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. The only thing we wished was that the unit had beach towels and a few basic things in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc. and a few games.

Buford stay

Despite its age, the property seems to have been well maintained. This was our first condo rental and was very enjoyable. The rental process was very efficient as were the communications with the agent. We appreciated the presence and helpful attitude of the security staff on the grounds.

Spacious

Very spacious for our family of 8. Loved the location and the ease of check in and communication with owner. The negative is the floors were a bit dirty and the wrap around porch had lots of missing tiles that were chipped and broke . The babies kept falling and tripping. Very much so a hazard.

Enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay. Condo had great view of the beach and Gulf. It was great inside but needs some attention/updating. The biggest concern is we couldn’t find any usb ports to charge our devices. Also, # 201 Felican Pointe - under cabinet lites missing bulbs - hallway and exit lights not on at dark (hard to key in entry code) - toilet roll Holder 2ND bath - loose to wall - wall plate under cabinet missing screw - Door stops missing - magnifying mirror not working.

First Time in Orange Beach

Parking, check in was problem-free. We had 3 cars, and were only allowed to park 2 on the property lot, but were easily able to snag another on the next sort property. Condo was just as advertised (it did seem a bit smaller than what I expected, but it was still just fine.) and the view was amazing. Security staff was nice. No complaints. We would definitely recommend and would book again!

Well Stocked ThiCorner Condo for Family

This condo has pretty much anything you need. Nice balcony facing the beach with two tables and 8 chairs. The kitchen is well stocked with nice dishes, cooking dishes, utensils, wine glasses, etc. There's a boogie board and beach chairs in the closet on the patio that we didn't find until our last day, but we rented chairs on the beach. Overall - great stay. Good views and nice furnishings. Nothing eloborate, but exactly what you need. The owners have done a good job with this one.

The Best

Beautiful 2nd floor Condo right on the beach that has a wraparound balcony that had the best views of the beach. The property grounds and pools are well maintained. The property & beaches were cautiously monitored by property security as were the beaches by the beach lifeguards, which gave us security for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6/days sitting by the seashore, soaking in the sun, playing in the sand on the beach, relaxing on the balcony as we watched the ebb and flow of the water. In the evenings we enjoyed the delicious foods by local restaurants. Thank you for a very pleasant experience for our family as we celebrated a birthday and graduation.

Light was out in the hall outside condo. Made the entrance very dark. Reported it, but still wasn’t fixed when we checked out. Otherwise everything was good.
