Welcome to Island Time! Island Time is a great stay for a family get away. Enjoy sitting on the covered front porch listening to the waves in the morning before heading to the beach, which is just a short walk or drive away. Or bring your boat and when you are not on the water you can easily park it in the triple wide concrete driveway that will still provide plenty of vehicle parking! Once home from the beach or from fishing enjoy the convenience of the private outdoor shower and excellent breezes under the house where a picnic table, chairs, a Galveston 2-person swing, and your choice of a charcoal or propane grill await!

Island Time is a very clean and well maintained 3-bedroom 2 full bath home oasis located on Galveston Island's West End in the beautiful Sea Isle Neighborhood. The house features an open floor plan including Central AC and Heat. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes an island with seating and a dining table. The living room has a 52” Smart Roku TV and plenty of sitting space including two couches and a large futon.

Island Time is located on Jackson Drive away from the main subdivision entrances and heavy Sea Isle entrance/exit road traffic. Free High-Speed AT&T Wi-Fi (75Mbps download & 20Mbps upload), 4 New Roku Smart TVs w/remote, full size Washer/Dryer upstairs and inside the house, dishwasher, a lockable single car garage for storing your beach toys or for parking, outdoor furniture and sitting area on both the upper covered balcony with a gate and under the house. The area under the house includes dusk to Dawn lighting, a picnic table, 2 Adirondack chairs, a porch swing, a propane gas grill, and a charcoal grill.


All rooms have ceiling fans with lights.

Bedroom 1: King bed with full bathroom. King bed has Puffy Mattress and pillows, Roku TV, spacious closet, private bathroom, dresser, luggage rack, blinds and curtains for room darkening.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed. Roku TV, Newly purchase box spring and mattress, spacious closet, dresser, luggage rack, room darkening blinds and curtains.

Bedroom 3: Bunk Beds Full bed on bottom bunk twin bed on top bunk, Smart TV, dresser, plus storage in stairs to upper bunk, spacious closet, room darkening window blinds and curtains.

AT&T Wifi available 75Mbps for downloads and 20 Mpbs for uploads. (While AT&T is very reliable, Internet Service can be interrupted occasionally on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but we cannot guarantee that this amenity will be working during your stay, and we are unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.)

Full Kitchen: Dishwasher, Microwave, Cooktop and Oven, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Disposal in sink, Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig, Crock Pot, Blender, Pots/Pans, all cooking and eating utensils, salt and pepper, garlic salt, and olive oil also provided.

All fresh and clean bedding, blankets, pillows, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels, iron/ small ironing board provided. Extra bedding and pillows are located in closets. All bedrooms have a luggage rack available and a dresser.

The extras include salt and pepper, garlic salt, olive oil, and vegetable oil and a few coffee pods are also available.

A small supply of cleaning items is located in the kitchen along with a full roll of paper towels and dish soap.
3 rolls of toilet paper are available in each bathroom.
5 Laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets
5 dishwasher pods are available under the sink.
Hand soap is available at every sink.
5-6 Keurig coffee and or tea pods
There is a trash bag with a few extra in every trashcan.

Island Time is owner managed by myself and my husband. We are fully invested in your vacation. We live in the neighborhood if you need help with anything. We continually are updating and refreshing the house for your time away. Big rental management companies are more interested in how many days a vacation house is rented over cleanliness and minor repairs. You will see the personal care and maintenance we put into this house! I hope that you will love it as much as we do!

You will also have access to a one car garage with an automatic door opener to store all of your belongings.

The Community:
Sea Isle has much to offer and is the perfect place for a family beach or fishing vacation. The golf cart-friendly community of Sea Isle has amazing community amenities such as its own private marina and fishing pier, a community pool, boat ramp, pavilion, tennis courts also marked for pickle ball, and a playground with basketball goals. Keys are available for the boat ramp and fishing pier. After a nice day at the beach enjoy a seafood dinner on the covered deck of the Palapa Restaurant overlooking the bay. The marina is also a well-stocked grocery store with basic kitchen supplies, cold drinks and ice, T Shirts and hats, ice cream and hot coffee (and much more!) The Sea Isle Marina always has fuel available and is a great place to buy live bait. Clay Walker’s SandBar Restaurant has live music and karaoke on most Friday and Saturday nights with large TVs to watch your favorite sporting event. Don't forget to ask about the half-gallon margaritas to go.

Lighted fishing pier in the neighborhood with access key provided. Boat ramp key also provided so you can bring your boat and launch right around the corner at the Sea Isle Boat ramp near the marina.

The community pool is available with a guest pass and must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle pool office area (pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only). Sea Isle pool passes can be purchased Monday - Friday until 5pm. Pool passes are not sold after hours or weekends. Please call the Sea Isle HOA at 409-737-2438 to reserve your pool pass in advance. Pool Passes are $100 for 7 days. They are not included in the rental fees.

Sea Isle, a residential neighborhood with mandated quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM, is one of the most sought after, family friendly beach destinations in the area. Sea Isle Beach is family and pet friendly. The Sea Isle Beach Entrance is located across the street from the main community entrance. You can park your car in designated areas, but please do not drive on the beach. Pets must be leashed at all times and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs.
