La Centrale de l'Ile de RĂ© offers you this recent and bright house with a beautiful terrace and a 4-person SPA located in a quiet environment in Bois-Plage-en-RĂ©.
Close to Saint-Martin-de-RĂ© and the cycle paths, 2km from the beaches.
Comfortable, elegantly decorated, it has a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen.
Large south-facing sunny terrace (electric awning).
Garage available for bicycles and laundry room.
Possibility of parking in front of the house.
Ground floor:
Very bright living room (42 m2) with living room, dining area.
Open kitchen with central island.
A separate toilet.
Upstairs:
A bedroom with a double bed 160*200.
A bedroom with three single beds and large wardrobes. Possibility of making a double bed by bringing two single beds together. High-end bedding.
A bathroom with a shower and sink.
A separate toilet.
The villa is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
Villa not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Included services:
The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of bed and bathroom linen are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August).
The key handover and presentation of the house directly on site are included.
