The 5x5 metre swimming pool is heated and the shaded terrace is a real asset in case of rain or high temperatures.

This high-end house of 180m2 is located near the village centre (500 metres away) and close to the beach (4 minutes by bicycle).

This magnificent single-storey villa is functional, comfortable and features carefully designed decoration.

Immediate access to the main cycle paths of the Île de Ré towards Bois-Plage and La Couarde, Saint-Martin-de-Ré, La Flotte and Rivedoux-Plage.

The villa has a heated and secure swimming pool with a surface area of 25m.

The house has a secure private parking space (possibility of parking 2 vehicles depending on vehicle size). Additional public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house.

1 vast living room / dining room with 1 fully equipped open kitchen, 1 bench area near the kitchen, 1 dining section and a large lounge.

The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period.
