Oct/Nov Discounts. This 3-Year Old Duplex is located in Poncha Springs, Colorado. It is less than 20 minutes from Monarch Mountain, 5 minutes from Salida and the Arkansas River. The home still seems new and has amazing mountain views. It has 3 spacious bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. There is a TV located in every room. It has a tankless water heater. A full size washer/dryer. Porches front and back with seating. Balcony with seating off one of upstairs bedrooms. Picnic Table in backyard for outdoor meals. It comfortably sleeps 8, 10 using the queen size pullout bed.

Property was beautiful, clean and met our needs. It is listed online as a 4-bedroom but in fact there were only three but it was enough for our needs. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, what a treat. We appreciated the lilttle welcoming items and found everything we needed. The location was beautiful and centrally located to all of our activities. Our only issue was the fire alarm in the living room seemed a little sensitive it went off a couple of times while we were cooking.

Owner went above and beyond!! Fully stocked, comfortable, very clean! A/C went out, which was not their fault, so they brought in brand new fans and we were still comfortable. Better than the pictures!

Birthday Weekend Get-Away

This weekend was nothing short of amazing! I booked the property with ease and had automatic communication with the owner. The communication continued consistently before the trip and throughout our time booked. My friends all came up with me to celebrate my birthday and it was perfect! I highly recommend this property as the owner is incredible to work with, the house is clean, and we were able to get everything we needed. Not to mention the gorgeous views here! This house was in a great location. Very clean and spacious with enough room for everyone. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need to make meals. No problem checking in or anything during the stay. Would stay here again when in the area.

Poncha Springs Townhouse Love

We celebrated our grandmother’s 90th birthday party in Salida and stayed at our favorite home away from home. This was our second stay at this wonderful townhouse. We love this beautiful home. Absolutely the most accommodating hosts we have encountered. The townhouse is equipped with comfortable beds and with new and clean bedding. All the rooms and kitchen (with new appliances) were sparkling clean. They even left a tasty host gift and lovely treats in the fridge. We loved our morning strolls around the friendly neighborhood - enjoying the majestic views. Thank you for making this family trip so special. Thank you for a memorable family trip. We cannot wait to stay again!

Perfect location for skiing Monarch

Beautiful and clean home that made our stay with friends a wonderful experience. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. Close drive to Monarch ski resort. Host replied to any questions in a very timely manner. Will rent again when back in town for an extended stay. Thank you.

Comfortable family vacation spot

We were there for a family Thanksgiving vacation. Very clean and comfortable with many thoughtful extras. Well stocked kitchen and spacious dining area. We had a little trouble checking in as code didn't work, but owners responded in about half an hour with new code. Oven didn't work that well but otherwise very pleased.
