This place is definitely the “Sweet Spot”

Great place to stay! Close to downtown and the ski area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great house in a greater place!

Absolutely perfect location. We walked everywhere the entire weekend. Front and back yard were great for relaxing and super dog friendly. Upstairs deck has a great view of S mountain, great for morning coffee. Perfect for the 5 of us!

Great location and space

This home was great for location, exploring downtown Salida- walking distance. The outdoor space was very nice and well kept. Great spot to relax.

We loved being able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We also felt very safe on our nightly walks around the neighborhood.

Walkable location

This property is walkable to many restaurants, and the river park in Salida. The outdoor space is great and gave our dog a nice place to roam.

Sweet Spot! How sweet it was. The house is beautiful, and the backyard is perfectly maintained. This really is an amazing place to spend time in the mountains. If you're looking for a house within walking distance to everything that Salida has to offer, there is nowhere better. I'm looking forward to my next stay!

We had a great time, dog friendly for our two big dogs, very clean and nice neighborhood. Can walk to downtown and river. We loved it!

Super Salida sweet spot!

Overall, this place was great, good location and the dogs loved it. We had fun with the unique, older home and the extras, like the bikes and fire pit. When we come back for a Salida visit, we will consider staying here again!

Such a nice relaxing home!

We had a great time at the Sweet Spot. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and it was very quiet and comfortable. It’s within quick walking distance to the river and all the cute downtown shops and restaurants.

Indeed a Sweet Spot!

We loved this place, great atmosphere, killer back yard, and great comms with the property manager. I might have missed it in the listing, but there are 2 off-street parking spots that one of our camper vans barely (but successfully) fit in.

AMAZING!!!

When I booked this property, the managing group was very accommodating. The house itself was amazing with tons of amenities, and it is located only a couple blacks from downtown Salida. If you have a chance to stay here, I highly suggest it.

Wonderful location and house. The upstairs gets very cold, but there is extra blankets. Understand it is an older house
