Lyxig 1BR lägenhet med utsikt över Garfield Parkway med utsikt över sidan till havet. Bethany bandstand och strand ligger precis nerför trappan. Pool, öppen spis, hiss. Butiker och restauranger alla inom en kort promenad. Detta är en helt ny byggnad färdigställd augusti 2009. 1 parkeringsplats.

Detta är den enda lägenheten i Blue Surf Condominium. Gå till stranden, bandstationen eller downtown Bethany strax utanför din dörr. Njut av den privata pooldäcket med utsikt över havet. Helt ny byggnad.

Great location and unit

Our stay was for 7 days The size and location could not have been better. The unit was clean and couldn't have been better equipped. Plenty of dishes, towels and other amenities. If you are looking for a great get away to Bethany Beach.

Perfect Stay

This was a really really nice place to stay for a week at the beach! Clean and comfortable, and so close to everything. Great view, walk right out to the boardwalk, pool, parking. Has everything you need. Convenient in and out.

Perfect location for us

My husband and I were looking for a place close to the beach where we could also easily get to restaurants and shops. This was the perfect location for us. It was right at the boardwalk - the beach was only a few steps away. We didn’t have to get in the car once. In addition to the great location the unit was very clean and well cared for. It had a nice balcony overlooking the Main Street and access to a pool as well. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Very good overall. Nice and roomy. Lighting was obnoxious. Owner should replace all bulbs with warmer type bulbs and install dimmers. Hallways full of trash and dirty.

Perfect location

This is our second year staying in this property and we continue to love it. The location is perfect (on the boardwalk, town center, and beach) and we appreciate having all the amenities too (parking, laundry machine, full kitchen, and balcony). It all makes vacationing at Bethany Beach so easy and enjoyable!

Great Location

I have been coming to Bethany for decades. This was the first time I have stayed right downtown. It was fun and convenient. Very easy to get to and from everywhere. Nice, covered parking. Secure access to the residential floors. A small but good pool and deck. The unit is nice sized - nothing spectacular, but perfect for a family of 3 or 4. The covered deck was excellent and has a view of the ocean. Town can be a little loud late and early if you are a light sleeper - but it did not bother us. We would definitely stay again!

Ocean to Bay

We came to Bethany for a bike ride. Location could not be better. 4 blocks to starting of ride. It is also 1 block to the beach and boardwalk. Unit was very clean and had everything one would want, nice bed, well equiped kitchen, comfortable and a balconey. Did i also say a fireplace, very nice since it rained one night and was fun.

Perfect Location!

The perfect place to stay for two people. Being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops and being right on the beach was an excellent advantage. You can park the car and never take it out until you leave. You do have to walk through the bedroom to get to the only bathroom so I wouldn’t stay here unless there are only two people or a family with young children. The unit is bigger and brighter than the pics. It has everything you need. Beach chairs and an umbrella and plenty of towels. The only drawback to staying on the boardwalk is delivery and garbage trucks making noise early in the mornings. If you’d like to sleep in bring earplugs. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Disappointing

This unit had ants that the owner ignored until I told her I bought disinfectant the she had sent some garbage bags and a box of Raid ant traps! Furniture is worn out and sagging Mattress was ok Bsthtub shower mats are filthy and I had to repair the toilet twice Zero pride of ownership
