Ligger på strandpromenaden i Bethany Beach. Enkel åtkomst till restauranger och butiker på Garfield Parkway. Du kan bara inte slå platsen. Denna enhet har havsutsikt och du är så nära havet att du kan höra ljudet från havsvågorna medan du sover.
Om du inte vill gå till restaurangerna i området är köket fullt utrustat med en mycket fin uppsättning köksredskap och knivar.
Det finns ett däck där du kan titta på stranden eller titta på en vacker solnedgång eller äta vid picknickbordet. Det nya taket "Rain Escape" över däcket håller dig torr om det skulle regna. Det finns boende för att sova i sex men enheten är liten så gränsen är fyra. Det finns två sovrum som ger dig mer avskildhet när du delar enheten. Det finns en dubbelsäng, en dubbelsäng och en utdragbar soffa. Jag har hyrt två strandstolar och ett paraply som kommer att ställas in för dig dagligen. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i en uthus. Vi har precis lagt till två slutna duschar med varmt och kallt vatten.

Great stay!

Karen’s place is small but clean & well equipped for a beach stay. We have rented many different places in Bethany Beach & Karen’s place was the best equipped for a stay. The kitchen has great pans & tools for cooking, we appreciated that greatly! The proximity to the beach & downtown Bethany can’t be beat.

Property is right on the boardwalk and walkway onto the beach. Close to the center of town, but still very quiet. Owner is very accommodating to our schedule. Our favorite place to stay.

Family beach get away

Condo was exactly as described. Karen was very responsive with the few questions we had. A few steps to the beach was perfect for us and our toddlers! Looking forward to staying again.

Beautiful Accomodaations

The 2 bedroom beach condo was just perfect for a 1 week stay! Very well equipped, good internet and extremely clean! Can't beat the walk to the beach, absolutely perfect!

Another great beach vacation

This trip was our third time staying at this property. You can't beat the location. Just walk across the boardwalk onto the beach. The condo is clean and comfy, and it's only a short walk down the boardwalk to the shops and eateries.

Great Beach Location

The condo was great for a week stay! Small and cozy for three people. Beach was just steps out the front door. We loved the balcony. Breezy and quiet and we spent many hours with coffee or cocktails. The small shower was the only negative to our entire stay. The kitchen was fully stocked. Being so close to board walk and restaurants meant we didn’t need to drive anywhere for the entire week.

Beautiful Bethany Beach

The condo’s location on the boardwalk is ideal. The beach is just over the dune and was clean and not too crowded even though we went in late August. The boardwalk shops and eateries are a short walk away - close enough for convenience but far enough away so that you don’t see a lot of people. The condo’s owner is very nice, attentive.and gladly answered all our questions. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked the condo again for a long weekend this fall and a week next summer.

Accurate description

Location is wonderful. Very clean but as stated very small don’t have more than four people. Having the umbrella and chairs set up was great.

Perfect location

My husband and I had a great week staying in Karen's place. The place was clean and had everything we needed for the week. We are right on the boardwalk and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. My mom and sister came to stay with us for a few nights and they enjoyed their stay as well. I had a few questions while there and Karen was very responsive. I will definitely plan to stay here again!

Great location, perfect for a little getaway

My family really enjoyed our long weekend in Bethany Beach. The location was wonderful as we had restaurants and stores at our fingertips. It was so relaxing to hear the sound of the Ocean and not worry about driving. Karen was a great host and made sure she was available if we needed anything. I’m excited about returning!

Great location

This property was as expected. It was clean and had a great location. FYI Be careful what you bri g with you. This is a three floor walk up with a very narrow staircase. Karen was wonderful! She even left us a chilled bottle of champagne in the fridge and two full ice cube trays. The unit has everything you would need and then some. The shower was a little strange. But overall I would recommend this property.

Great location

The property is located on the boardwalk away from the shops/restaurants and a few steps from the beach. Karen is extremely responsive. Extra pillows and blankets provided and Karen provided all paper products, liquid hand soap and dishwashing liquid. There were some napkins and an empty pop bottle left under the one bed and some fruit flies in kitchen but everything else was clean. The only negatives for me were a strange shower set-up with no stall, just a drain, but it was functional. Required some clean- up of the floor. The building is not secured at night and there is no light in front of or over top of the building so quite dark. I knew it was a third floor set up but where the parking spot was located and climbing the stairs with the items I brought was challenging! Lol! Beach chairs were also provided but I had brought my own. I thought they were available only during summer season so perhaps I misunderstood. I did not use laundry facilities.

The property was well kept outside and inside, just like being @ home. For a weekend getaway was perfect, had all the amenities of home. Beachfront and could walk wherever I wanted to go. Would come back and stay there again.

Tiny Wet Bathroom

The location was outstanding, right on the boardwalk and steps from the beach entrance, with reserved parking. Bathroom was so small, no exhaust vent and no shower stall (water all over floor each shower). I don't go on vacations to mop floors! Spell it out clearly in ad about bathroom.

Just what we needed!

The location was DEVINE! The beach was only steps away! In the morning, we drank our coffee on the deck picnic table where I could see the ocean. That’s always a High Point on a vacation for me. There was four of us… My husband, myself and our two sons. The youngest one slept on the couch which was perfect for him. The apartment was small but cozy and fully stocked with whatever we needed. We met Karen when we first got there. She’s so sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend this rental. Enjoy the beach!
