Very cute and well stocked house with a half block walk to Lake Michigan and close to downtown South Haven. The house is very roomy and clean. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this South Haven VRBO! The location is fantastic—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from everything you could possibly need.The property was spotless, exceptionally clean, and fully stocked with every amenity we could have asked for. My absolute favorite part of the trip was sitting out on the porch in the mornings sipping coffee and watching the deer roam around the property—that, and being so close to the lake!It was the perfect getaway, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice & clean property in a very pretty neighborhood. It was a short walk to the stairs leading to the beach. There were a lot of stairs, but because they were metal, not wood & falling apart like some properties we've stayed, the climb up & down was not bad at all. Also only a short drive to the public beaches. overall we had a great time with our family & the property worked well for us!

Easy walk to the beach stairs with host provided wagon, chairs, and umbrella! People with no joint/mobility/heart problems will not experience as many difficulties as those that do to get down and back up from the beach. The height is quite steep!The hot tub was a treat for 6 grown adults even though we displaced a lot of water!Great location to get to all of the restaurants and activities.

Cottage provided everything we wanted for our ideal vacation: easy driving to Meijer for groceries & local restaurants, a table for games (and games if needed), fire pit, and sitting on the beach! Bring paddles- there are free pickleball courts at the local high school. Everything is about about a 10 minute drive and no traffic. Look up the local run club- they meet thrice a week.

Nice weekend get away

Everything was great clean close to the private beach. The beds are not comfortable they truly need upgraded mattress please and thank you.

Quick Family trip

We had 6 adults and a 6 month old with us for our trip. The house was so clean and exactly how it’s listed! We loved the fire pit and hot tub. It’s a great area to stay and have a nice weekend getaway with the family! We will definitely be back.

Peaceful cottage - brand new!

My husband and I loved are stay in this brand new cottage with all the amenities we needed and more. Located in a peaceful, natural setting just up the road from Lake Michigan, and only a short drive to downtown and the public beaches. We will definitely be back!

Great beach cottage

Nice new clean beach cottage. Very well appointed - the kitchen had everything we needed and the some. Also thoughtful extras like board games and outdoor yard games. Worked out great for our family of six (2 college age, 2 parents and 2 grandparents).

Bday and anniversary stay

Was a really great house. The only thing I would make better is the comfort of all the mattresses, considering the walk to the beach and down Mount Kilimanjaro, since you don’t have the lift pass or golf cart like most, was very disappointing.

Peaceful

Quiet neighborhood that allowed for reading on the back screened in porch at any point of the day with deer freely walking in the yard. Easy walk to the stairs to access the beach which was perfect for watching sunsets. A short drive to get to downtown South Haven to shop, eat and walk the pier to the lighthouse.

Great Fall getaway

The whole family was very happy with this house! Very clean, quick responses from the owner, well stocked kitchen and the hot tub was a great extra with it being chilly out. Very quiet area and an easy drive to downtown. Being October, we had the beach to ourselves so that was nice. The beach was our kids favorite thing, even built sandcastles :) We will definitely keep this as an option for future visits to the area!
