NY INTERIOR 2014, och nytt dÀck och exteriör 2017! Flip Flop Fun Àr en charmig bekvÀma 2 sovrum lÀgenhet bara 3 hus frÄn stranden. Koppla av pÄ det nya dÀcket eller ta en promenad pÄ den privata stranden Tower Shores. Vi Àr pÄ den första nivÄn av Green Dolphin, vÀstra sidan (vÀnster). Rena, bekvÀma och vÀl underhÄllna, Àr vÄr enhet en av fyra i Green Dolphin. Hela köket Àr ljusa och luftiga med en bardisk som rymmer sex, och en helt moment kök. Familjerummet Àr rymligt och mysigt med en drottning sova soffa .. Ett sovrum har en dubbelsÀng och den andra har tvÄ tvillingar.

Den tÀckta dÀcken Àr perfekt för att njuta av en familjen mÄltid eller bara koppla av. Den har ett bord och 6 stolar med utsikt över bukten. Vi har en ny takflÀkt, och hoppas att dÀcken ska visas före 2019-sÀsongen! Det finns en utedusch och fotvatten. Parkering finns under enheten och framför; 2 bilgrÀns. Matt's Fish Camp Àr i slutet av gatan (mycket bekvÀmt) som serverar lunch och middag, med utdrag!

Green Dolphin Àr bara 3 hus frÄn stranden ger bekvÀm och snabb tillgÄng till den privata stranden. Tower Shores lÀge erbjuder snabb tillgÄng till centrala Betania, Rehoboth, Dewey och Ocean City. Det Àr tillrÀckligt nÀra för att fÄ tillgÄng till all spÀnning men tillrÀckligt lÄngt bort för att njuta av lite lugn och ro.

Delaware Seashore State Park ligger pÄ norra sidan och intill stranden, för fiske och lÄnga promenader. Viken sidan tillgÄng Àr bara 5 minuter norr bort av Rt. 1 för kajak, kanot eller segla sjösÀttning. Det finns en vandring, cykling, löpning körfÀlt som ligger pÄ bÄda sidor om Rt. 1 frÄn Betania till Rehoboth. Det finns ett brett utbud av aktiviteter för vuxna och barn bara nÄgra minuter bort, antingen i Betania, Rehoboth, Dewey eller Ocean City Maryland.

Massor av livsmedelsalternativ inom 15 minuter. och glöm inte alla de fantastiska utlopp shopping i Rehoboth, och söta stranden butiker nÀra Bethany Boardwalk!

Bethany Beach Àr en mycket lugn strand gemenskap med ett pittoreskt centrum och en familjÀr atmosfÀr. VÄr gemenskap pÄ Tower Shores erbjuder alla bekvÀmligheter i kuststÀder, utan Àven en privat strand och stor plats.

Lovely beach getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this Bethany Beach condo! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy chilly sunrise walks and late afternoon birding. We also loved having a fantastic seafood restaurant within walking distance, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals at home. The condo was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and convenient. The only minor downside was some noise from the upstairs neighbor, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. We’d definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Condo in Bethany

We loved our stay. The location was perfect! It is walking distance to the beach, close to the drive on beach, and walking distance to a great restaurant. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed time on the screened in porch! We will be back in the future!

Short visit but nice

The area was perfect and overall the stay was great. I didn’t see that you had to bring your own towels, linen, toilet paper and soaps. It appears others left items there to help but we had to make a run to the store after a long travel. I went to message the owner then that’s when I saw the info in the message about bring those items. Also the code to get the key has an extra number which was confusing. The cleaning person showed up at 10am when it stated 11am was checkout.. as a whole it was a good stay just some bugs to get figured out

Perfect Tranquility during Turbulent Times

We are a family of five (3 kids aged 3, 5, and 7). We stayed here because we wanted to be close to the beach and given the current pandemic, we did not want to stay in the heart of Bethany or Rehoboth. This place was perfect for what we were looking and would definitely recommend. The place was just as advertised and like I said, you are steps away from the beach. Given the locale of this beach, you get a much more laid back feel with not as many regulations that you will find if you were closer to the boardwalk. Our favorite activity was unwinding with a cocktail on the beach during sunset as our kids played in the sand and ocean. If you are looking for a little seclusion, but not be far away (less than 2 miles to Bethany boardwalk and 8 miles to Rehoboth and Dewey) this is the perfect place for you.Owner was outstanding with the communication and was able to problem solve something we screwed up which we very much appreciated it. The Smart TV was nice so you can log in to your netflix, Hulu or whatever you wanted. The screened Porch was perfect for dinners outside even if it was raining. No worry of bugs or kids practicing American Ninja Warrior on top of the rail :). Parking was kind of confusing as it looks like only two of the four condo in this building have spaces to park, but it ended up not being an issue and we were able to fit two cards throughout the week no problem. The only things I would suggest to the owner would be to add hooks in the porch to place your swim suit and towels after the beach and to ask whomever owns the building to have a clear indicator where the people staying in unit 3 and 4 are supposed to park. Like I said, this was not an issue for us but we did spend about 10 minutes trying to figure out if we were upsetting the other tenets by taking the spots underneath the building.

Wonderfully relaxing, clean, with all desired amenities. It was great being so close to the beach. And we enjoyed a delicious seafood dinner at Matts Fish Camp on the same street. Quiet neighborhood throughout our 4-night stay, even on weekend. The screened-in porch with a comfortable sofa and table was great. As with many rentals, be prepared to bring your own bedsheets, towels, and paper products. We had a great time, and would definitely stay again!

Overall a nice place to stay. Super short walk to the beach, pretty centrally located to other attractions. Parking is tight, but we were forewarned about that and it's to be expected in the type of community where we were located.

Our family had a great, comfortable stay! We enjoyed meals and afternoon rests in the lovely screened in porch. The walk was quick and easy down to the private beach area, perfect for our little ones. We would highly recommend this place for a family with children and can definitely see ourselves coming back in the future!

Best weekend ever! Beautiful place, excellent location, the most beautiful beach steps away. The water was perfect, we saw pelicans, countless dolphins & the most magnificent WHALE! Would definitely recommend to others! Had a great time, owner is very responsive. The porch is screened in which is so nice to enjoy sitting outside and but not have to deal with bugs. Has a full shower outside, super helpful for coming off the beach.

Unforgettable Memorial Day Weekend

Our family of 4 stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and could not have had a better time. Extremely close to a private beach so the kids could walk back and forth. Within a short drive to several key locations and the place was perfect for us. The neighbors were nice as well. The whole area had a fantastic community feel to it. Definitely planning to book again in the future. Thank you!

We have owned since 2013, but have enjoyed vacationing at Tower Shores with our 3 children for over 30 years. We have come to appreciate how safe and convenient this community is, so close to the beach, easy access to the bay, state parks, and nearby beach towns. We hope you’ll enjoy this little beach oasis as much as we have sometime soon!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The Tower Shores neighborhood is safe; the beach is so wide and clean with plenty of room for privacy, surfing, and playing on the beach. We love the community and it’s location to other beach attractions! New in 2017, you can now walk north (about a 1/2 hr. stroll) to 'The Big Chill Beach Club' (https://www.bigchillbeachclub.com/#intro), located at the state park. Amazing bay, inlet, and ocean views, not to mention the great food & drink.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our condo is comfortable, clean and cozy located on the first floor of the building, (one flight up). We are very close to the beach for quick trips and safe for older children to run back and forth from condo to beach. We have an outdoor shower, washer and dryer, (in addition to our small units inside), picnic table, and parking for 2 vehicles.
