I thought I was going to have a kitchen so didn't bring things we needed that would have been provided. Also when you do not have an elevator that should be clearly listed. Then only some stairs had a hand rail and the ones that did are not covered so were so hot in the sun you could not hold them making the climb dangerous for older people. girl at the bell desk was very helpful and delivered things we need to us twice during our stay.

Friends and Family Focused

The pictures have a filter to make them more colorful and beautiful. The amazing views are for the seperate restaurant called "Different Point of View" and they were booked out 3 days in advance. My actual room have a view of a rock walls at the front door, and other buildings at the balcony. This place is very friends and family focused, so not ideal for someone who is looking for some quiet rest and relaxation. Watch the pricing. I booked for 160 per night, then immediately saw the price drop to 104 per night. My room had newer HVAC, so no issues with air conditioning. Be prepared for lots of walking or waiting for a golf cart ride to go anywhere on this property.

Central But Quiet, Plus...

We're returning guests. The location of this property is hard to beat. You're close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. For the adventurous, ask for one of the rooms up the hill. Your legs will get a bit of a workout, but the view is amazing. Oh, and make sure your car has good brakes.

Pretty, but needs a facelift. Wi-Fi was spotty.

Pointe Tapatio, in its day was a top of the line hotel. From the outside, it looks as stunning as ever. But once inside the rooms are dated and no microwave. The Wi-Fi was not working after the first day, so both my husband and myself had to go into corporate to work. The parking can be challenging. Point in Tyme restaurant was amazing. If you are staying for a few days, good choice. A week without proper Wi-Fi not so good.

Paint falling off the eves. Stucco falling off in places. Horrible cell phone reception. Problems with the TV tiling, no signal. No hair dryer or clock in the room.

Nice resort

It was nice and quiet at night but plenty to do during the day. The pool and pool staff were awesome. The golf course was great; lots of character after the first few holes

Great property

Beautiful location and great hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and wonderful service. Although hotel transportation can be slow when they are hosting large events.
