This was our first experience with a Vrbo reservation as we had always used a competing vacation rental for our trips in the past. Our experience with our Vrbo rental and host we superb from booking through checkout, our host patiently helped us though extending our stay and made checking in a breeze and even checked in during our stay of there was anything additional we needed. The rental itself was immaculately clean, well decorated to have cozy spaces (loved the balcony), and waswell stocked with thoughtful entertainment packages, gaming consoles, as well as personal & pantry items we have not seen in many rentals. We are excited to book again next time we are in the Phoenix area.

Jen! Thank you for your kind words, I try to go above and beyond for my guests because communication is key to success in my view. As a traveler myself I try to find ways to improve my place with unique items that is commonly used for personal houses to make travelers feel comfortable and give them a "home away from home" type feel. So If you can think of anything that I might be missing please DM me! Thanks again for your fulfilling words and I would love to host for you and/or your friends/family in the near future 😌🙏 best wishes!

The condo was great for us because it was close to Chase Field, where we planned to go to a baseball game while there. The unit itself had everything we needed, and we were comfortable there.

Great downtown location/rental

Great property with very responsive owner! Property was closed to many good restaurants/brewpubs/tap houses and walkable to downtown area. Loved the deck area and nice pool/grounds
