Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom home, where comfort meets convenience! With 6 cozy beds spread across the rooms, everyone in your group will find their perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Enjoy the luxury of 2 full bathrooms, ensuring that getting ready in the morning or winding down at night is always stress-free.

Neighborhood is an amazing, quiet, and quickly growing gem that has of late seen a large influx of young families moving in due to its close proximity to the city (5 minutes). We have easy access to highways to get to the mountains and other parts of the city quickly and we are also very close to many of Denver's hot neighborhood for amazing food, drinks, and shopping. I live here and personally plan to never leave!

Modern Farmhouse/eclectic home close to Denver and the mountains. We have local coffee shops, restaurants near by and easy access to the highway just 40 minutes from the nearest ski resort ,15 minutes to Red Rocks, and less than 5 minutes to Denver's best neighborhoods.

Entire home is yours including a large fenced in yard with a propane fire pit and 8 person outdoor dining set plus comfortable outdoor couches. Large driveway can fit 4-5 vehicles.

We pride ourselves on sourcing and providing biodegradable and eco-friendly products whenever possible including soaps and detergents. Body wash and hair products are provided and are sulfate & Paraben free. We provide quality products and touches throughout the home that will make you feel at home.

All of our sheets are 100% bamboo or 100% cotton and okeo-tek certified.

Lots of seating for everyone in the living room with Large TV, roku, and DVD player w/dvds provided.

Master bedroom with king memory foam mattress (medium firm) and attached bathroom.
2nd bedroom: Memory foam queen bed
3rd bedroom: 2 hybrid twin mattresses and a twin trundle (with memory foam)
2nd Full bathroom with bathtub.

Bonus front read leads to the patio with beautiful sliding glass doors with bonus seating, live plants, and lots of natural sunlight.
Large backyard with propane fire pit, large dining set, hammock, and beautiful evening ambiance.
Lots of outdoor and indoor games including: connect 4, bag toss, football, paddle toss, chess and games for kids.

High speed internet for those working from home or who need stream multiple devices plus a desk and chair for setting up an office space.

** we live in a quiet neighborhood right outside of Denver and we respect our neighbors. If we receive a call from them, the police, or there is residual smoke smell inside the home we will charge a $800 fine-NO EXCEPTIONS. We take great care in maintaining our home for guest and want the home to be enjoyable for everyone.
