8BR Disney Villa with Theater, Karaoke, Grill & Pool and access to TWO RESORTS!

A Disney getaway is not complete without a Luxury Villa to call home throughout your stay! Bring the whole family and enjoy your stay with 8 bedrooms, themed kids room, karaoke & game room, home theater, private pool, spa and more just minutes to Disney! The Villa is conveniently located near the Oasis Clubhouse. With just a 4 minute walk, you'll have access to a lagoon pool, water slides, lazy river, splash-zone pool for kids, pool side cabanas and a tiki bar thats open every day!
The space:
Our 8 bedroom / 5 bathroom Villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will enjoy spending time and creating memories with your family during your stay! Hang out by the pool, soak in the spa or relax and watch your favorite movie in our theater room. Kids of all ages will also have fun in our new karaoke and game room. Kids can sing their favorite tune or play games on our Xbox One gaming console. NOTE: Games and controllers are not provided. Guests must bring own controllers and charging cords.
Outside Pool Theater:
This is currently the only rental house that we know of available with an outdoor theater! Please be courteous to the neighbors and careful with the equipment so that you and others can continue to enjoy it on future visits. The screen, three controllers and projector will be checked after each departure. If any water damage or missing controllers are found, a replacement fee of $1,500 dollars will be charged immediately.
Guest access:
Guests will have access to all the amenities the Oasis Clubhouse AND The Retreat has to offer. These private and exclusive resorts are minutes from our house. The Oasis Club is only a 4 minute walk from the Villa. The Retreat is only 1.5 miles from the house. Don't spend every day at the nearby theme parks - take a day off and relax at one of the resorts! The Oasis or Retreat has something for everyone that includes 2 separate water zones which includes a lagoon pool and tiki bar with optional poolside cabanas. The second water zone includes water slides, tunnels, lazy river and a splash zone for kids to play all day long! The Oasis Clubhouse also features a Restaurant, bar, fitness center and a kids play/craft zone. All these amenities are included with your stay!
Other things of note:
~4000 sq/ft with 8 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. Comfortably sleeps 18 people. This house is located in the luxury, gated retreat at the Championsgate community and features 24-hour on-call security. Villa includes free parking for 4 vehicles, free Wi-Fi, self check-in, and free access to community amenities. All bedrooms include have cable TV! The Patio is entirely screened and features an outdoor dining table and seating area along with the pool and spa (this is not a hot tub, spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool). A child safety fence is included for the pool area. Lastly, our pool can be heated for a small daily fee of $30.
