We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Situated on the growing Denver–Boulder corridor, Westminster is easily accessed from either metropolitan area. Westminster has become a burgeoning city with much to offer including fantastic parks, hikes, lakes, shopping districts and much more.

Downstairs, the laughter of a foosball game drifts through the house, and the cool November air invites cozy evenings inside by the electric fireplace. This spacious retreat offers warmth, comfort, and connection - a welcoming space for families and friends to gather through Colorado’s crisp fall and early winter days.

Sleeping arrangements
Five comfortable bedrooms sleep up to ten guests across two levels. Upstairs features two rooms with queen beds and a third with a twin-over-twin bunk, complete with toys and a pack-n-play for little travelers. On the lower level, one bedroom holds a queen bed and another has two twin beds. Each floor includes a full bathroom with walk-in shower, stocked toiletries, and bathroom essentials.

Living and entertainment
The main floor opens into a bright living room with an electric fireplace and smart TV, perfect for quiet nights or family movie marathons. Downstairs, the lounge and game room offer another smart TV, an oversized sectional, a foosball table, and classic board games. A dedicated yoga room provides a calm space for stretching or meditation.

Kitchen & dining
The redesigned kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to cook and share meals. A coffee station is ready for your morning brew, and a dining table brings everyone together for hearty breakfasts or relaxed dinners after a day exploring Denver or Boulder.

Outdoor living
Step into the large fenced backyard for a breath of cool Colorado air or an evening chat beneath the stars. Outdoor furniture and a private patio create a comfortable setting to unwind, and the two-car garage and driveway make parking simple and secure. Pets are welcome, keeping the stay truly pet-friendly.
