Number one thing we need is clean. And this place is clean. Balcony view is excellent. Check in and checkout out was easy. The shopping carts to load into the elevator is a nice bonus. Location to downtown Folly is fantastic. Once we parked the car, we walked everywhere. We will rent again and recommend to friends and family
