Beautiful , cozy one bedroom, one bath apartment with private entrance, covered.deck, mountain views and private off street parking. Full kitchen stocked. Tastefully decorated in Southwest theme. Comfortable king bed. Antique dressers and lots of storage. Large walk-in shower. Large covered deck with lots of seating and a swing. Also a patio table and umbrella and a grill on the patio area. Smoking allowed outside.

A lovely place to stay!

The location was very close to anywhere we wanted to go. Our hostess was the best, with great communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

Lovely owner and a nice spot. Keep in mind the stairs to the bedroom are quite steep, but a nice location with great views.

Great neighborhood

Marlene was great and so sweet the property was perfect for us we really felt like it was home great views and the golf course made me wish I had brought my Clubs with me

Worked fine for what I needed

I was in Colorado Springs for a business trip. My office was just a few blocks away so this location was very convenient. Essentially, I slept and showered here and that was about it. The cost was reasonable and accommodations were fairly basic but filled my needs well.

Great experience

Very nice and cozy little place. Very pretty backyard and scenic view of the nearby golf course. Great view for watching Independence Day fireworks! The host is very kind and helpful.

I'm an older lady, retired. Was a teacher and now love doing my art. I paint, weave, and make jewelry. Belong to a gallery. Arati Gallery in Old Colo. City. Also volunteer at Penrose Hospital in the Gift Shop. I love being a host, it give me the chance to meet people from all over. I like making their stay as enjoyable as possible. Also love to play golf with my grandsons.
