Great alternative to hotel

Hosts were very communicative, space was clean and had everything I needed. This was a great alternative to a hotel stay. I was visiting family and renting an entire house seemed excessive and costly. This was the perfect accommodation for my needs. The hosts were very kind and accommodating.

Perfectly Cozy

Everything we needed and budget friendly! A perfect, clean place to relax after hiking and exploring the Springs. Marta and Maria were wonderful hosts and very quik to communicate.

Work and Pleasure

This short trip to Colorado Springs was a mix of work and pleasure in the form of hiking in the local area. This property worked well for me; great location, very clean and quiet.

Would stay again!

We arrived and immediately felt welcomed! The rooms were extremely clean and had everything we needed! She even provided towels. The dog was our favorite part as it was very cute! We plan on coming again! The neighborhood was nice and in a good location. Overall 5/5 stay!!

Lovely stay in a lovely spot

The hosts were perfectly accommodating and I felt very welcomed by them. I also got lots of good recommendations, and most importantly, a perfectly peaceful place to sleep and work while I stayed in Colorado. I hope I get to go back someday!

Last minute booking was required for us and our hosts really came through. We spent 4 nights and felt completely at ease. Many amenities and excellent communication. You will really enjoy the comfortable, accomodating and quiet environment. There's plenty of fun stuff to do nearby and excellent restaurants. Try the axe throwing!!! Thank you for your hospitality. You are amazing and we would gladly stay again.

Perfect stay in Colorado Springs!

Lovely home, clean and cozy. All the comforts of home. Great communication with the property manager, she was very helpful and even checked on us mid-stay to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

Very nice downstairs, basement apartment. Very clean, quiet apartment. Two very comfortable beds in their own rooms. Slept like a baby! Marta was very helpful and kind. Loved our stay!

quiet relaxed neighborhood, but close to everything you need

the hosts were very friendly and easy to contact. the home was quaint and relaxing with plenty of accommodations. the kitchenette was very helpful to have access to and the hosts even set out a blender for me (I like to make a morning shake). the proximity to town was perfect and easy to navigate, but just far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic. we had a great time and would certainly recommend this if you're staying in the CO springs area!

Perfect for our purpose

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Perfect hosts. This is a basement location, which made it super quiet. No kitchen, but a small and well stocked coffee bar area. And the price was great. Thank you, Maria and Marta!

Everything was great here. Everything was available like they mentioned it would be. Lots of privacy between Maria the tenant that lives upstairs, she was nice and was always making sure we had everything. If you don't mind sharing a kitchen with the tenant,I would highly recommend this place for at least a family of 4. Overall I give 5 stars.

Nice clean 2 bedroom space

We stayed here for three nights. Our son and family lives about 20 minutes away from this property. We had our granddaughter stay in the 2nd bedroom for two of the three nights we were there. The property owner was very nice and even loaned our granddaughter a few books to read that belonged to her grandson. The basement area we rented was clean and well maintained. The small fridge and microwave were a great option for us. Overall this was a nice place and I will probably look to rent it again next time we are in the area.

VRBO runs ads that you always have the property to yourself. I'm sorry, but when your host can walk to the area you are in and not have to open any doors, this is not private. When you enter the front door, they use too, this is not private. When you can see them turning on lights upstairs, not private. I will say the host was no problem at all, this house just isn't able to have a PRIVATE area. There is no door to the basement, and that is where you will live. If you are ok with this, it is a great place and we had everything we needed. Didn't use anything upstairs and wouldn't have cuz, not private.
